Located in the quiet and family-friendly community of Summer's Edge in Seagrove Beach, Forgot Mai Tai is located south of 30A and only one block from the beach. The comfortable home sleeps 10 and has 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, plus a bonus bunk room. Forgot Mai Tai boasts two porches (one screened and one open) that run the length of the house and third floor tower for relaxing. Also, well-behaved pets with responsible owners are always welcome at Forgot Mai Tai.
1st Floor: A sun filled Great Room includes the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas which open onto an expansive screened veranda with eating and lounging areas. The Master Bedroom is on the first floor and has a king size bed and a private sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a private bathroom which includes a large whirlpool bath and separate two-person shower
2nd Floor: At the top of an open stairs is a sitting area with French doors to a veranda running the full length of the house. There are two bedrooms, each with its own flat screen TV and private bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and French doors to the veranda. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 bunks. This floor also has a separate bunk room and laundry room.
3rd Floor: A spiral staircase from the second-floor veranda leads to the tower covered sitting area. It is a great place to welcome the sunrise or relax as you enjoy a beautiful sunset.
