We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely hosts, beautyful countryside and a funny chicken. All was very clean. Kids loved the pool and the boat. Everthing was there you need for a longer stay including a grill. One very (!) small drop of water in the wine: my mattress was a bit saggingSo what should I say further? We will come back.

Nous avons eu un super accueil, le cadre est magnifique et nous avons pu en profiter grâce au beau temps. Tout était très bien. Y compris la petite balade à la Gacilly qui n’est pas très loin. À refaire.

Summer Holiday Sep 2023

This house has it all - comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean and ideally located with everything you need. The presentation of the house could not be faulted, fresh and bright decoration throughout, stylish and comfortable furnishings and a modern kitchen. We were immediately made to feel welcome with cider and cake. The garden is gorgeous and ideal for sitting in the sun, eating alfresco with the added advantage of a private pool when temperatures are high. The surrounding area has numerous locations to visit along with some excellent restaurants. Alain was amazing and went above and beyond : providing us with a friendly welcome, recommendations, providing fresh produce from the garden and communication was great throughout. We would not hesitate to return there in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Vacances morbihannaises

Dans une région qui nous était inconnue, nous avons été reçus avec une très grande gentillesse par nos hôtes. Le cadre est parfait, le bruit de la rivière relaxant. Le gîte se trouve au milieu de pleins d'endroit à découvrir (golfe du Morbihan, Guérande, fôret de Brocéliande, Rennes ...). Je n'ai que du bien à en dire.

Phantastisches Haus in einem wunderschönen Garten

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist mit dem Pool und dem kleinen Weiher sehr idyllisch und großzügig. In ein paar Minuten ist man in Peillac, dort gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber Alain und Olivier. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Perfect holiday house

The house is beautiful, set in large gardens which were fun for my family to explore and play in. It felt like a home from home, comfy beds and a well equipped house, allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday. Alain was so helpful and accommodating. The nearby towns of Rochefort and La Gacilly are lovely to explore and there are plenty of good beaches only 30-40 minutes away.

Un lieu paisible, vivant et accueillant

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hôtes, très disponibles et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Le gite est reposant et bien conçu, la piscine est un plus pour se rafraichir en été. Nombreuses choses à voir dans les environs en prenant la voiture (villages de caractère, ...) Facturation Abritel un peu compliquée...

Great stay in the countryside of Bretagne

We enjoyed very much the green surrounding, the pool, the puddling, the house, etc. The house was very clean and stylish with all the basic needs covered. Some beautiful character villages are very close. Thanks to Alain for all the explanations and guidance, he was always there for us!

Entspannte Tage

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in dem schönen Haus. Die Fotos geben das Objekt selbst gut wieder. Toll war das riesige Areal, das wir nutzen konnten. Angeln am Flüsschen, planschen im Pool, in der Hängematte unterm Apfelbaum die Seele baumeln lassen! Die 4 Hühner und die Katze, die regelmässig zu uns an den Frühstückstisch kamen, haben wir schnell ins Herz geschlossen...Danke an Alain, den freundlichen und unkomplizierten Vermieter, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Une propriété toute en harmonie avec l'image qu'on se fait de la Bretagne "de l'intérieure" : maison charmante, invitation à la flânerie, endroit poétique, merveilleux... L'intérieur est rénové avec beaucoup de goût et de personnalité (amoureux d'Ikea, passez votre chemin) - beaux matériaux, très bonne literie. Le poêle réchauffe la maison toute entière en offrant un grand confort thermique sans aucune humidité malgré la rivière qui coule aux portes de la maison. Alain nous accueille simplement, et s'inquiète, sans trop en faire, de notre confort et satisfaction. Nous avons tous adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons fortement cette destination.

Gîte très confortable et cosy. Équipement complet. On se sent chez soi. Emplacement calme et à l’écart, en pleine campagne, mais en même temps à proximité de bien des sites d’intérêt. Propriétaires accueillants et attentionnés. Tout à fait recommandable.

Wunderschönes Haus in herrlicher Lage

Wir waren mit 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern hier und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Sowohl Haus und Grundstück als auch Allain, der Vermieter haben einen wunderbaren Charme. Wir haben viele Radtouren unternommen, waren Paddeln und am bzw. im Atlantik, haben alte Châteaus besucht und romantische Ortschaften gesehen. Der neue Swimmingpool und das kleine Ruderboot haben den Kindern besonders gut gefallen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschönen Ferien!

Ditto, ditto, ditto!

When selecting places to stay the feedback left by previous guests is very important. In this instance the property, location and experience exceeded our expectations. Fabulous is not to strong a discription. We travelled up from Nantes with a party of 6, an easy 1.25hr drive. Arriving on an early flight we were advised by Alain to stop off and visit the large animated puppets. Amazing. There is so much to see in Morbiham, within a short drive of the property and we'd strongly recommend visits to tourist information centres, found in most towns. We found a park next to a lake in pluherlin near Rochefort en Terre which had plenty of activities for our two children. The property is next to a river in rural France with plenty of walks. It's quiet during the day but you will hear night life. We had a bat in our room one night! Our children used the boat and pool that Alain had just completed building. Thank you Alain, you made our holiday one to remember.
