Spectacular Tree house! Amazing Views!!

Imagine yourself sitting on the deck, admiring breathtaking mountain views, all the while enjoying a good cup of coffee in the morning or a fantastic glass of wine in the evening! Our views of the San Juan Mountains are unbeatable from the deck space, with plenty of seating for you and your party to enjoy the scenery. Enjoy the grill and view while you cook for your friends and family. Enjoy the hot tub after a good ski or hike in the mountains! Echo lake is a short, five-minute drive for great fishing! We are so pleased to share our home away from home with you and know you will enjoy it as much as we do!
The house has large casement windows and wrap-around decks for enjoying the breathtaking views. There is a private, covered outdoor hot tub to relax in after a fun-filled day in the mountains. Features include satellite with three HDTVs and high speed internet. The full kitchen contains a microwave, a dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice maker, all cooking utensils and dishes. This is a chef's dream for a vacation home. Bedding and linens are provided. A washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.
With its large bedroom/game room, which has a bunk bed with a twin over full bed and a ping pong table, it is a perfect 'get away' spot for kids of all ages. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The house, with approximately 3200 sq. ft., is suitable for a family reunion and with 3 acres, one of which is fenced, there is plenty of room to stretch. It is also ideal for a romantic getaway with its gourmet kitchen and dining table near the fireplace where a nice meal can be followed by a visit to the on-site hot tub. Any evening can be capped off with a leisurely viewing of the mountains and alpenglow at sunset on the large wrap-around deck.

Pagosa Springs is a mountain community in Southwest Colorado and offers 320 days of sunshine a year with beautiful scenery including mountains, lakes and waterfalls. It offers lots of outdoor recreation and much more. There is much to do to keep busy. The TREE HOUSE is located just a short distance from a pristine lake stocked with trout and bass. River rafting is available in Pagosa Springs, which is four miles from the TREE HOUSE. Trophy hunting is also available in the San Juan Mountains. A visit to the Chimney Rock National Monument will not disappoint. Wolf Creek Ski area boasts the most snow in Colorado, with an average of over 600 inches per year and it is only 20 miles from The TREE HOUSE! Gambling is not far away at the Ute Casino Resort. When you are finished soaking in the on-site hot tub, you can try the famous hot springs in Pagosa. Come play in the mountains and stay in the middle of it all in the TREE HOUSE in Pagosa Springs.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare & enjoy a large meal. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The home could sleep 13 people easily with the amount of beds & sofas. That doesn’t even include floor space. The property is gorgeous. There wasn’t a telescope but you really didn’t need it. The Mountain View was amazing. A herd of mule deer showed up on the property almost daily.

Awesome location away from town! We enjoyed the hummingbirds (so many of them!) and the deer that came around every day, multiple times a day. The hot tub was perfectly clean and ran great as well. We used it two times a day during our stay. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning (we’re from Texas) but there are plenty of windows that we could open to get a great breeze.

This was our 2nd year to stay in the Treehouse for a week of skiing, and once again our stay was perfect! Everything about the house exceeded our needs. From kitchen to ping pong table, beds, and hot tub, our ski break was fantastic. Heck, I'll even give credit for the great snow to our hosts!You can't go wrong with the Treehouse.

Extremely comfy and beautiful surroundings!

The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures: everything is extremely comfy inside the beautifully rustic home. The hot tub is a highlight of the house as there is nothing better than to use it after a long day of skiing/hiking. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a nice getaway with family or friends!

Why they chose this property

Pagosa Springs is near a wonderful ski area in Wolf Creek Pass. Also, the scenery is beautiful in here (which you will see as your are coming from the Wolf Creek Ski area, back into town (see Photo # 16). The house is large enough to accommodate large groups and there is always a spot where you can escape from the crowd. The hot tub is great after a cold evening to chat and enjoy a nice glass of wine. We are very pleased with our selection and know you will enjoy your stay here!
