Bienvenue dans "Adagio", un terme musical qui signifie "tranquillement". Entouré de bois et d'animaux sauvages, venez vous détendre dans cet endroit paisible niché entre deux des plus charmantes petites villes du Sud: la ville éclectique et artistique de Leiper's Fork et le centre-ville historique de Franklin. Nashville est à seulement 25 miles. Les clients ont un accès complet au chalet de 3 chambres et sentiers de randonnée sur la propriété de 32 acres.
Descendez une paisible route bordée d'arbres pour vous éloigner de l'agitation de cette retraite confortable - assez proche de la ville où vous ne vous sentez pas isolé mais assez loin pour vraiment vous détendre. Tout cela tout en ayant un accès facile aux charmantes villes et commodités à proximité.
Allez hors site et explorez les monuments de la guerre civile, trouvez des trésors dans les magasins d'antiquités du centre-ville de Franklin, profitez de musique live et de camions de nourriture au marché des fermiers du samedi matin à l'Usine, voyez ce qui se passe au Franklin Theatre. It was perfectly stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The laundry was good. Even though one bathroom, it was big. Sally and Tim were super friendly and responsive. It was so peaceful and test close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had an absolute wonderful time. We enjoyed meeting the Donets and dogs-super friendly !

Country Stay City Ease

The location is a delightful distance between Franklin and Leipers Fork. The owners were amazingly communicative and helpful with anything we might’ve needed. I don’t think I’ve been in a cleaner home in my life.

Little Bit of Heaven

AMAZING place to stay!

What an amazing property! The house is by far he cleanest I've ever stayed in. Sally is super nice and goes out of her way to make you and your family feel welcome. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a skinny minute!

Franklin & Pilgrimage Festival

The cottage was a perfect tether for our long weekend of tours, festival-going, and general sight-seeing. It had all the comforts of home plus a serene wooded setting. We’ve stayed here before and would highly recommend it to others.

Relaxing Stay in the Country

My wife and I loved our peaceful getaway. The location is perfect being a very close drive to both Leipers Fork and downtown Franklin. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. The bird watching on the front porch this time of year (April) is amazing! We'll definitely be back!

Franklin / Leipers Fork Retreat

Fantastic place! Sally and Tim made this a wonderful getaway retreat. Great location, close to everything but you felt like your were 100 miles from anyone. So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back and would recommend the property to anyone interested in this area.

Writers' Retreat

We took a weekend writing retreat here, and found the house to be a perfect place to write and relax. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the view. It was a quick trip to Downtown Franklin and to a nearby Kroger and coffee shop.

Home Away from Home

Impeccably clean, perfectly appointed and oh so homey! Beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh TN air and birdsong. Gracious hosts that checked in on us to ensure everything was in order. Could not have been better!

Awesome!

The home was perfect…….very clean, decorated so thoughtfully, supplied with all of the essentials, very comfy bed and nice linens, close to downtown Franklin but yet secluded, spacious plus much more. We enjoyed hiking the trails that are on property and petting the donkeys 😊 The check-in was a breeze and the communication from Sally was awesome. Highly recommend!!

Visit to Franklin

We absolutely loved the place and the area would be an area I would move to in a heartbeat unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to go play with the donkeys along with some other unfortunate events that had nothing to do with our stay the owners were great and available to us when we needed them. The house was a great place to be and relax. We can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing Country Getaway

Spent 3 fabulous weeks at this wonderful country 3 bedroom just outside Franklin. Tim and Sally were very attentive to our needs. Home is upgraded with everything you might need. I highly recommend this home if traveling to Nashville!
