This private apartment comes equipped with all necessities (sheets, bath towels, kitchen equipment, etc). It is a loft one bedroom with Queen Size bed and skylights. One full bath with bathtub and shower. This clean, bright and sunny space features a Living Room/Dining Room combo. Air Conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Kitchen with all basic amenities - we can provide a full list of amenities upon request. This space can accommodate up to four adults. An additional $10 per head will be assessed when more than two guests are staying - the couch is a full size pullout bed and can accommodate the two extra guests. We also have a Pack and Play available for infants and toddlers.
Please note that the loft bedroom is approached by a steep staircase and may not be suitable for elderly, handicapped, or young children.

We are located a half mile from Heckscher Town Park and a mile from the Huntington Long Island Rail Road Station.
Within walking distance of downtown Huntington Village (three blocks) where a multitude of upscale restaurants, entertainment and excellent shopping are location!

Sagamore Hill - Teddy Roosevelt's home - is 15 minutes by car.
Ten minutes to Caumsett State Park. Robert Moses State Park or Jones Beach is a short 22-minute ride to the south shore and North Fork Wineries are less than 50 minutes east by car. The Hamptons are east just over an hour by car.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING EVER ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS – In order to obtain a full refund of your deposit, a THIRTY-DAY or greater notice is required for cancellation. No refunds are given for cancellation within less than thirty days.
SMOKING – There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property at anytime.
PETS – We are not allowing pets at this time.
PERFUME, COLOGNE, BODY SPRAYS – Please refrain from using or spraying any perfume, cologne, body sprays, etc. in the apartment. Subsequent guests may have allergies that will affect their comfort. If you do use these products, please use them outside of the apartment.
LINENS – The house is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. All linens are freshly laundered prior to your arrival. We provide your initial supply of paper products, soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc for your convenience
ROUTINE HOUSE CLEANING – Guests are responsible for routine light cleaning and straightening such as washing dishes and placing garbage in the outside receptacle.
PARKING - Please park your vehicle on the right side of the driveway. Parking for a maximum of two vehicles (off street) is available.
CHECK-IN: After 4:00 PM
The entrance to the apartment is along the right side of the house up the ramp and around back. Once around back make a left up the few stairs to the deck. This is your private entrance. Access code will be provided to you one day before your arrival.
Please be aware the bedroom is a lofted space, meaning the stairs leading to the bedroom are slightly steep and would not be safely accessible by anyone who is elderly or handicapped.
Please note: We enforce quiet time from 9:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
CHECKOUT: Before 11:00 AM
On the morning of your checkout please do the following:
·Please leave no dirty dishes in the sink or on the countertops.
·Place all towels in the wicker basket in the closet next to the kitchen. You may leave beds unmade.
·Bring all trash to the garbage pail located at the foot of the stairs outside of your private entrance.
·Please lock all doors and windows, and turn of air conditioning and/or heat, ceiling fans, and lights prior to your final departure.
We participate in sustainable housekeeping.
HOUSEHOLD HOW TOs: Our recycling bin is located underneath the sink. There is a pail for all recyclable materials metal, glass, plastic and a separate paper bag for paper. At this time we do not provide composting. Please rinse out any used plastics or aluminum cans and place these in the bin, along with folded boxes or papers.
Over 75% of guests who are asked to participate in our new resource savings program do help by using their towels more than once. You can join your fellow guests to help save the environment by reusing your towels during your stay.
When leaving the apartment for any amount of time it is required that all non-essential electricity be turned off. This includes lights, ceiling fans, air conditioning, etc. We reserve the right to enter the space to turn off any non-essential electricity should it be left on while you are out. Please also be sure to turn off the porch light when you have retired for the evening as this light is very bright and affects our neighbors during normal sleeping hours.
REPAIRS /SERVICE CALLS:
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of equipment such as heating, air conditioning, TV's or other appliances. Please report any equipment that is not operating properly and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Renter(s) understand and agree that owners of Spring Road Guest Suite or its repair people might need access to the apartment for the purpose of making the repair.
