just from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the magnificent Gorges de
the Ardèche, country house and character, four facades in
an isolated and bucolic place.
The building of 110 m2 on the ground includes:
- on the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed (1.80m / 2m), a wood burner, a dining room with a fitted kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
- on the first floor: four bedrooms, (2 double rooms of 1.80m by 2m, and 2 modifiable in bed of 2 persons or single bed of a person) a bathroom with large Italian shower, a separate toilet, a lounge and a mezzanine with 2 single beds.
Central heating oil is installed (price per liter consumed exceeding the forfeit).
The rental includes all the necessary comfort (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, garden furniture, BBQ, ...).
SWIMMING POOL from June to September
Outside, there are two large sunny terraces and a new covered for April 2019
an orchard of 1800 m2.

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in den geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumen, dass uns der Abschied am Ende unseres Urlaubs richtig schwergefallen ist. Das wunderschöne Haus bietet so viel, dass wirklich JEDER der Ruhe und Erholung in einer anspruchsvollen Umgebung sucht hier auf seine Kosten kommt. Wir hatten hier viel Platz und Zeit zum verweilen und haben die Gegend voll ausgenutzt. Sehr, sehr gerne empfehle wir dieses Haus weiter, so einen Urlaub werden wir nochmal wiederholen. Cet été nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille dans la maison de Patrick et Cristel. La maison est très bien rénovée, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec gout. Nous avons apprécié aussi la situation géographique de la maison : en effet nous recherchions du calme et une proximité avec les nombreuses activités que nous voulions faire. Je note aussi un accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement et c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons!!

dommage que la rénovation de cette belle maison ne soit pas terminée. Au premier étage, il n'y a pas de chauffage dans les deux grandes chambres. Le radiateur d'une des chambres au ré de chaussée est défectueux la capacité d 'eau chaude est insuffisante pour dix personnes cette demeure est surement agréable l'été

Un petit coin de paradis!

De retour depuis quelques semaines en Belgique, nous regrettons déjà le temps passé à Pastroux! Quelle belle quinzaine nous avons eue! Tout était parfait : le temps, la maison, le village, la piscine, les environs, rien ne nous a manqué. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée! Les réalisations à l'étage sont superbes! La région est riche en patrimoine et activités à faire en famille : nous sommes allés à Pont d'Arc, à Vaison-la-Romaine, au Pont du Gard, à Nîmes, nous avons visité des petits villages moyenâgeux, des jolies villes et des marchés aux couleurs provençales. Notez que sans voiture, les déplacements sont très limités. Encore un grand merci à Christel et Patrick pour ces chouettes vacances dont nous nous souviendrons encore très longtemps. Merci également à leur ami Eric pour son accueil sur place. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter!
