The location of Colmar, in the center of the Alsatian vineyard, earned it the nickname of the Capital of Alsace wines.
Crossroads between Switzerland and Germany, Colmar has tourist assets which have given it international renown. Its Christmas markets, its wine fair, its museums, its winstubs, its architectural and historical wealth make Colmar the favorite destination for tourists.

We want you to take advantage of our cottage to enhance your discovery of the treasures of Alsace.

Our cottage is ideally located in the heart of the main pedestrian street in Colmar. The very bright apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic building and has been completely renovated to offer modern and quality services.

With a surface area of 59 m2 with no sloping ceilings, you will have a large bedroom, a large living room and a very functional kitchen.

Hébergement accueillant,bien équipé et très bien situé pour découvrir à pied le centre de Colmar. Le parking privé sécurisé proche du logement est un plus .Les propriétaires sont agréables accueillants et disponibles si besoin.

appartement etouffant toutes fenetres situees plein sud stores interieurs innoperant manque volets exterieurs pour attenuer la chaleur 2 ventilos ne servent a rien impossible de faire courant d'air, tres bruyant des 6h du matin nettoyage mairie et camions approvisionnement magasins le soir jusquà minuit bar plus resto appart a fuir proprietaire indelicat et de mauvaise foiereponse du proprietaire pas de canicule depuis 10 ans 30 degres dans l appart du soir au matin et connaissant le climat en alsace .reponse qui pose question

Pleasant stay Colmar

Comfortable well situated property in Colmar. Situated in main pedestrian shopping road and just a few minutes walk to the old town. Secure undercover parking for a fee at the end of the street was handy. The owner met us on arrival and stepped us through parking, access and the apartment. Thank you .

Pleasant apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this pleasant apartment. It is well located in the main shopping street of Colmar and a 5 minute walk to Little Venice. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed and equipped.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Alles wie beschrieben. Wunderschöne Altstadtwohnung neben dem Rathaus, Blick in die Fußgängerzone. Zentral gelegen, fast alles fußläufig erreichbar. Stellplatz in Tiefgarage (1,9 m) dazu buchen.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Public transit was a breeze too as soon as I found the local bus that went to the train station. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet. Highly recommend!

Adorable Colmar

Spacious apartment, terrific location, modern appliances. Stairs going up 2 flights, makes suitcases a bit troublesome. Recycling is a 4 min walk away from apartment. Patrick is quick to respond and provided lots of maps and local information. Would love to return!

Disons qu’au troisième top c’était super. Logement propre,spacieux et confortable. Très bien équipé.Très bonne literie. Propriétaire très sympa et faisant confiance. Dans l’hyper centre de Colmar vous avez tout sous la main et Colmar est idéalement situé pour qui veut découvrir l’Alsace et ses merveilles. Le parking en sus très apprécié aussi. Juste envie de revenir…

Sejour à Colmar

Appartement fidèle au descriptif, mais: Avantages: proche du centre ville et des commerces Pittoresque et authentique Inconvenient: proche des commerces et du centre ville donc bruillant la nuit Pittoresque et authentique parquet d'epoque bruillant et grinçant.... la petite viree aux toilettes la nuit pas tres discrete... Mais globalement un trés bon sejour!!!

Excellente destination

Une semaine de bonheur en Alsace. Colmar offre tellement de possibilités qu'il faut bien une semaine pour profiter de toute son ambiance. Je recommande le city pass qui permet un accès illimité aux 5 musées, le tour en barque et le petit train. J'ai apprécié aussi la navette bus gratuite mise en place par la Ville qui dessert tout le centre. L'appartement est confortable et bien aménagé, l'accueil sympathique et personnalisé. Tout est prévu pour éviter le moindre tracas aux locataires. Le seul bémol, - et le propriétaire n'y est pour rien - , c'est le bruit nocturne de la rue, (voix des passants qui résonnent dans la nuit, les véhicules utilitaires : gluton, mono-brosse, enlèvement poubelles, camions de livraison, cloches). Insomniaques : prévoir les bouchons d'oreilles.

Très bon séjour à Colmar et super location

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Colmar. Le logement était très bien situé dans le centre-ville. Proche des commerces et un grand plus, le parking. Beaucoup de visites et dégustation des spécialités alsaciennes. À refaire

sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, sehr zentral, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Bilder entstprechen genau der Wohnung, wir fanden sie sehr schön und geräumig. Die küche habe wir nicht wirkliuch benutzt, auf den ersten Blick war alles benötigte vorhanden. Die Holztreppe in den zweiten Stock ist schon ausgetreten, das passt aber zum Haus. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass unter dem Schlafzimmerfendter Restaurants sind, entsprechend kann es bis Nachts Gesprächsgeräusche geben. Unbedingt den Parkplatz in der Tiefagarage (100m entfernt) mit buchen.

Super logement

Situé dans une piétonne et commerçante à proximité du centre historique de Colmar qui se visite à pied, le stationnement en parking privé à 50m est très appréciable. Une climatisation serait utile par forte chaleur car appartement très chaud . Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans cette région magnifique .
