The pools was very enjoyable! Not only was there pools but a heated one as well! The ocean view was everything! The interior was absolutely amazing! I absolutely loved the bathrooms. Patio furniture was very nice. Everything we needed we had on hand. We will definitely come back!!

Wonderful time at Ariel Dunes 1

Very easy check in process. The pools are big with plenty of room to splash around. The beach is across the road very close. Had a blast will be back.

Great location!

My family and I truly enjoyed this condo. It was a short walk to the beach and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The best part was the patio! It is huge and we hung out there daily to eat and just wind down. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone considering visiting.

Ariel Dunes 1 stay

We had a wonderful week at Ariel Dunes 1. It was a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach and blue water. The resort itself was very spacious for our family of 6. The heated pool was great for the cooler evening and some of the cooler days. We will definitely be coming back.

Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this location! Lower level, super close to beach access (a 5 minute walk), beautiful and clean pools, and friendly staff! My husband and sister came along with me - I'm 6 months pregnant so needed some beach time that was convenient and cozy! We were super pleased and already sent the link to this location for our friends to book as well!

Perfect for our family

Comfortably slept 3 kids and 2 adults, easy access to the room being on second floor and right next to the stairwell. Didn’t have to wait for the elevator. Clean property with everything needed. An easy walk to the beach and very secure property for peace of mind leaving our vehicle parked.

Unit was nice but a few things to note

First, you'll be dealing with a managenent company so the nightly fee you see online will increase due to the additional fees you'll have to pay to them. Be very careful to read the fine print on the contract, particularly their cancellation policies after booking, very carefully. I was grateful I didn't experience any issue with that. Check in was a bit confusing but we got it sorted out with one phone call to a very nice young lady at the management company. The condo is as pictured. The location is very nice particularly if you have older kids since you can watch them in the pool from the comfort of the huge balcony. Since it is so close to the pool I was concerned about noise but with the doors shut it was completely quiet. The only downside noise wise is that the unit is directly above a restaurant where live music is played till 11pm. It isn't horribly loud but you will hear it. Btw the restaurant has good food and they deliver. Despite two mattress toppers the king bed in the master sags in the middle. We just dealt with it. Advise about the beach. It's beautiful and the condo is onlyna very short walk. The property has a short stretch of private beach. If you have a canopy that you want to put up close to the waters edge to enhance your view and ability to access the water get there earliy, around 6am to set up camp. People come down there at that time to set up and will leave their spaces empty for hours. Truly first come first served. On either side of the Seascape private beach there are hundreds of chair umbrella rentals that will block the view and make it very difficult to walk from your beach space to the water. We had one maintenance issue during our stay which was quickly resolved. The prior renter had literally trashed the screen door to the patio and left a mangled mess. Smh. Some people are so disrespectful. One call to the management company and it was removed that day.

Perfect for our family!

Everything was clean and ready to go. A little sandy but that’s the beach though!! Perfect spot for beach access and to get to the pools. Check in was a breeze. Everything you need for a family vacation. Will definitely recommend to friends and for sure be back. Thanks for everything!!

Enjoyed the condo & beach

Nice decor and very comfortable. Unit is over the 1st floor restaurant, and overlooks the pool, but this was NOT a problem. Noise levels with door closed is nonexistent. Love this beach, but squeezed in like sardines this time of year. Didn't mind the walk to the beach. Brought our own chairs/umbrella, but chose to rent anyway so to be on front row. Wasn't into setting up at 6 am to get a spot. Overall, I really enjoyed the condo.

Enjoyed the stay

Overall we really enjoyed the patio in this condo and used it daily. The location was great and the condo was decorated nicely. We enjoyed our stay, but the condo floors were not very clean.

Major Updating Needed

Very disappointed with this rental. Furniture, mattresses, appliances, especially the dryer, need replacing. We needed the laundry facilities on arrival. The dryer made this horrible noise. The bearings needed replacing. Never happened. This was an existing problem that had to have reported by prior occupants. Washer/dryer were 16 years old. Refrigerator worked but made a grinding noise on and off. The arm on one of the four chairs (there were 4 of us) was broke. Had we not seen this one of us could have sustained a serious fall. Do not be fooled by the photos. Skip this property.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!

We enjoyed this condo, the location was perfect! Seascap Resort has tons of amenities and is convenient to the beach and so many of the areas top spots for food and shopping.. Great food at the Seascape Centre too. During our stay the HVAC unit went out and RJ reacted quickly to repair the unit, so we could enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend RealJoy Vacations.

Top Notch Management!

Overall impression- Super nice condo with beautiful furnishings! The decor is TOP NOTCH! The bathrooms and provided linens were great as well! The master bed kind of swallows you up- it is very soft! The balcony is huge and very relaxing! If this was my condo I would probably change out the mattress in the master bedroom, add some extra knives and utensils in the kitchen, fix the dryer (It was quite loud), and change the balcony furniture to bar/counter type table/chairs. (To see over the railing better.) Also I would make sure that the cleaning company MOPS thoroughly so that the beautiful floors get thoroughly cleaned between each renter. This condo has an EXCELLENT property manager with outstanding customer service! I have never had such AMAZING customer service EVER! They even check on you throughout the stay to see how things are going! WOW! NOTE: This is a personal opinion of the area-NOT the condo: We have always gone to a quiet beach town so this area was new to us! It reminded us of some beach towns in CA- sensory overload! If you like bigger crowds, lots of activities, and spending money, this area is the place for you! We did find a quiet beach at TopSail Park. It is a beautiful place to go and it's FREE! They even have a free tram that takes you to the beach! It was BEAUTIFUL and PEACEFUL! We also went to Crab Island and even though it was crowded, we had a ton of fun renting a pontoon and hanging out on the sandbar all day! Overall, super nice condo, fantastic customer service, and a good time. (Please know my "complaints" are just honest suggestions.)

Beautiful beach

Floors were a bit dirty and beds looked slept in but overall nice.

Great amenities

This condo is in a perfect location. Near to the beach and literally a stones throw away from the pool just below it. Great view and close to all kinds of shopping needs.

Condo was very well kept. Loved the decor.

We were lacking a regular coffee pot and the toaster was not working. But within the same day of it being reported we had both to use the next morning. No other issue with the condo. Very satisfied.
