Welcome to Stone Mountain Lodge!
Stone Mountain Lodge sits at over 4000 feet in elevation on a peaceful, private 7 acres - both wooded and clear - with beautiful mountaintop views. There are two fire pits - one is up at the head of the driveway and features a stone bench and fire bowl, and the other is in a nice clearing down below about 25 yards from the house, and offers rustic stump-style seating and an in-ground open fire pit. There is a garage as well as ample parking on both sides of the house, off of both the main level and the lower level.
The main floor features hardwood floors and towering vaulted tongue and groove ceilings. The open-concept great room offers a comfy sectional sofa, stone gas log fireplace, 55" LED smart HDTV with BluRay player, and a wall of windows which frame a layered long range mountain view. The kitchen has granite counters and custom Travertine backsplash with stainless appliances, as well as a breakfast table which looks out at the views for casual and additional dining. The formal dining room has a dining table which seats 8 to 10 guests. The generous main floor master suite has a king bed, gas log fireplace, 48" HDTV with BluRay player, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, oversized tile shower and a jetted jacuzzi-style tub. The main level also offers a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a half bath/powder room.
Upstairs offers two queen suites - each with HDTVs with BluRay players, walk-in closets, and full bathrooms with jetted tubs. Both queen suites have vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and hardwood floors with windows which frame mountain views.
Downstairs offers an open game room and movie room with an 8-foot slate pool table, air hockey table, comfy reclining sofas and an HD projector for movie- and TV-watching. All 4 HDTVs and the projector screen offer satellite programming as well as DVD and BluRay capabilities, along with WiFi and Smart TV features. There is also a queen sleeper sofa downstairs for additional sleeping options.
The covered rear deck stretches the entire width of the house, and looks out at the majestic views. On one end of the deck is a hot tub, and at the other end is a stainless gas grill and a nice outdoor dining table. In between are comfortable and relaxing outdoor deck seating.
