Condo complex is very nice. Great location near public pickleball, tennis, golf and minutes from great trailheads. Big pool and big hot tub and nice landscaping everywhere. Joel's unit is top notch: updated bathrooms, kitchen, living area. We really liked how it felt like someone's home, with a well-stocked kitchen, nice bed linens and towels, and tasteful contemporary decor. Very spacious interior. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Scottsdale

This condo was tastefully remodeled and decorated. It was very clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the location and amenities. The location was near good restaurants and grocery store. Great hiking trails were a short drive. Old Town Scottsdale was approximately a 20 to 30 minute drive. Overall we had an excellent time.

We enjoyed being close to hiking areas in the mountains, and the bike riding was easy to access the greenbelt. Somewhat inconvenient to access front door from dedicated parking spot. Very quiet neighbors and complex overall. Pool (heated), clubhouse and interior grounds were nicely maintained.

This is a very nice gated complex with good sized heated pool and beautiful clubhouse. Very quiet and convenient to grocery stores, golf courses (via the 101) and restaurants. The specific unit we rented was a nice sized ground floor townhome with detached single garage. We would return to this rental in the future.

Joel, the property manager uses technology to great advantage. All communication was done using VRBO and text. That worked well. The unit is located at the intersection of Shea Blvd and Frank Lloyd Wright making it easy to get around in Scottsdale. The condominium is modern, clean and easy to use. The area in which it is located is safe and very quiet. The community residents were friendly and helpful. Evetything considered, a very nice Scottsdale condominium at an exceptional location.

Excellent Condo in Ideal Location

This property is so nice, they did an amazing job on the remodel. It's super clean, very comfortable, in a great location and very quiet. The beds are comfortable and they have everything you will need for your stay. We were in this condo for a month while our home is being remodeled and our entire family was comfortable and happy. Joel is very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this condo.

GREAT rental with exceptional customer service!

We had to move out of our home in McCormick Ranch while some construction was going on. The owner of this condo was extremely responsive and helpful. Everything you need is provided and the community is pet friendly. I strongly recommend renting! VERY clean and cozy. 5 star experience for sure.
