Loved the location, just steps to Pioneer Park! Beds were super comfortable, and plenty of room for a girls’ wine drinking weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Lovely quiet neighborhood in the old houses near pioneer park was perfect for our relaxing weekend of wine tasting in Walla Walla. The yard was great for the golden retrievers that our friends brought along. The house had everything we needed!
The W on Washington was the perfect place for us to stay as we visited Walla Walla for our friend's wedding. It's close enough to walk downtown and right by the park. The house has everything you need for self-catering, with plenty of places to relax and enjoy.
We'd stay there again!

Thank you for staying with us. We hope to host you again soon.
If you’re a person who enjoys older homes with a lot of character and a beautiful layout for a family visit in the Walla Walla winery Valley this is a great place for you to stay. Immensely clean house large enough for a family of nine backyards good for animals in the location is perfect with a beautiful park and bird sanctuary. A
We stayed here during a family reunion that was being held in Walla Walla. There were 10 of us ranging from infant to adult. We all had a good time and enjoyed the house as well as the fun things to do surrounding it. Pioneer Park an the aviary were a real joy to see.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Sounds like you all had a fabulous reunion. We hope to host you again soon.
We all enjoyed staying at this property. The home was comfortable, and true to the listing. Great sitting deck and back yard. The porch swing was a great spot for morning coffee. The park, which is just a house away, is tremendous. It was a great spot for a morning and evening walk with our dog! Communication with the owners was excellent. David Lavergne
Awesome place to stay with the extended family for the weekend!
This house was awesome for my whole family to come and stay for the hot air balloon event! We all especially loved the multiple different areas to hangout/eat/play outside (front porch, back yard, side deck all with great shade from the sun). The park nearby is beautiful with lots to do! Only complaint is the barking dogs next door but that’s not controllable. We hope to stay here again for the balloons another year!
This house was in such a cute neighborhood across from my favorite Walla Walla Park. Every day, we either walked around the park/aviary and sent kids to the playground. Only five minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go in town too!
The house had a great layout for cooking and eating together and sleeping in separate rooms/areas. The outdoor grill and fire pit with patio and porch swing in front are great, accommodating touches. I’d love to come back!
Had a great time staying in this lovely home. It was perfect for the elder grandparents to stay downstairs, my brother’s family stayed upstairs and I slept on the futon. We enjoyed brief trips to Pioneer Park and events in town—all under 15 minutes commute.
The smoke from wildfires kept us indoors and we enjoyed watching TV, playing board games, cooking in the kitchen and the dining room table was excellent to gather around.

Great location. Right next door to Pioneer Park and 2-3 minute drive to downtown. Plenty of space inside and out. Only negatives were bad dry rot on back deck and a couple of 5’10” door jams. One of my friends walked into one and end up on the floor. Some padding would be wise.

Thank you for letting us know about the dry rot concern as we will look into it. The house was built in 1907 and a couple shorter door areas, so we hear your concern. One of our business partners is 6’4” and also needs to be mindful of this when he stays there.
The house is charming! Everything we needed was there, including extra towels and blankets. The beds were comfortable. The large sofa was great to accommodate us while we visited. Instructions for check out were clear. Only one in our group had a hard time with the squeaky floors, but only the first night. After that she slept well. Minor

We were unable to use fire pit & did not have a phone number to call for assistance
House was great for my family. Would have liked to use fire pit. Also, a few more pieces of cookware would have helped. The dishwasher works but the whole dishwasher tilts out when opened.

All of our guests are given our phone number and email as soon as their booking is completed. Plus we give it to them again when we send the key information a few days prior to their arrival. We live in the area and ask that our guests contact us while they are here if they need anything. We have a welcome sheet in the dining room which also states how to reach us so I am not sure how anyone can say they didn't have a contact number. If they had called we would have walked them through the instructions on how to use the fire pit.

Needs some love
Very run down. Blinds broken/curtains broken. Heater vents falling off walls. Outside furniture dirty. BBQ dirty. Hardly any gas to cook with. Door lock broken. No remote controls to extra tv’s. Kitchen was adequate. Neighbors not nice. More than a mile from downtown. Next to a lovely park though. Very very old home.

We strive for every guest to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay in our 1907 built home. We take all feedback seriously and have already addressed the items that exist. We did leave you a voicemail to discuss your experience and again we are sorry that we did not hear back. We do leave every guest extra propane but maybe you didn't see it. We apologize for any confusion. We did notice the front door was having a latch issue but door does lock. Again, we are sorry that our home did not meet your expectations and we hope you enjoyed Walla Walla.
Had everything we needed for a wonderful wonderful weekend weekend in Walla Walla.
4 kids and 6 adults were comfortable in the charming 1907 craftsman house.
Big backyard for water balloon fun and storing everyone's bikes. Garage and basement are not accessible to guests.
Enjoyed BBQ meals on the large deck. BBQ worked well. Kitchen very well stocked.
Endless entertainment for all ages at Pioneer Park half a block away-- aviary with peacocks and many other exotic birds, Lincoln Creek, playground, pickleball courts, bandstand, BIG trees.
Inflatable queen-size air mattress did have a slow leak. Black vinyl chairs in upstairs sitting room/sun room are exfoliating little black bits of vinyl.
We would be happy staying here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great location to walk downtown and next to a beautiful park
Pros: proximity to downtown and Pioneer Park, large open space for dining, large deck with fire pit. Easy communication with the property managers. Plenty of street parking.
Cons: upstairs bathroom, specifically shower, will not work if you are tall and is a little unsafe as there is a window that you could fall into as the claw foot tub makes it hard to keep your balance. Not really a 4 bedroom, one is a room with a leather futon. Stairs to get to the 2nd floor are very narrow and a little wonky. House is very noisy/active in the evening, lots of creaking and knocking sounds. If you have lots of hair that takes a while to blow dry, give yourself extra time as you can only use your blow dryer on low due to the age of the home and the wiring I guess.

Our home was built in the early 1900's and most people embrace the charm. We describe the sleeping arrangements and provide photos of all beds in our VRBO link. We host many large groups. This is what another guest said about the home, "A group of eight rented the house for a weekend of wine tasting. The house provided enough bedrooms and space for large and small group gatherings. The deck and fire pit were great fun on a summer evening."
