Great Property!

This property was stocked with literally everything you could ever need or want on a vacation! Although the weather wasn't the best, our grandchildren certainly loved having both a pool and hot tub to enjoy! We were very pleased with the accommodations and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Ormond Beach.

Fantastic week in Florida

We had a wonderful week in this lovely home. Pam, the owner is awesome! The home was spotless and very accommodating with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the sun porch and beautiful backyard. The neighborhood is great for walking with the beach close by. It was the perfect place for our vacation.

Great home - just as advertised!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed including new h towels, chairs, boogie boards and toys. We loved the Tiki bar out back and enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Couldn’t rate the house any higher - we had a great family vacation!

Amazing house!!

The house was perfect, everything was clean and well stocked. I have never stayed anywhere more comfortable and welcoming. The whole family enjoyed being there. My grandsons loved the pool and left there able to float and very close to swimming. We are so grateful to have stayed here!! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a warm, welcoming, well appointed place very close to the beach....top rated in our opinions!!

Magical Getaway

The house exceeded our expectations. Pam was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The home was clean, well stocked, beautifully updated and maintained, and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Having an almost private beach and the ocean just an easy two minute walk away was absolutely magical. Could not have asked for a better experience or host.

Beautiful home walkable to the Ocean

The property owner was extremely prompt with all communications and even came to the house to show us how to use the smart tv options. The house is well appointed, and the kitchen has everything you need (the owner even went out to buy extra pans after my inquiry about a certain size baking pan). There is a ton of beach supplies too. My only note to share is the pool was not a full size swimming pool, so be sure to read the details in the listing for size. The separate hot tub was fabulous. I highly recommend a stay at this property.

Amazing relaxing getaway

Ocean Aire Terrace is a quiet friendly neighbourhood steps from the beach. The house is a perfect luxurious getaway with everything you need to have a relaxing beach vacation. Phyllis is the perfect host and has provided everything from beach chairs, Ice boxes, Parasols, beach towels and even a trolley to help you carry them to the beach. The pool is good for cooling off after a long hard day at the beach. The grill and tiki bar are perfect for having family and friends around for a BBQ. Thank you Phyllis for a wonderful stay, we will be back soon.

Such a Wonderful Place That I Almost Don't What to Tell Anyone So That It Stays A Secret!!!

Wow! Went to Ormond by the Sea for a girlfriend getaway with one of my life long friends and we completely and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This home is beautiful and immaculate with every amenity that you could ever want for a vacation, and it has been newly remodeled. It's one block from a private beach, with a swimming pool and hot tub in the backyard. It's close to some charming local restaurants and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owner of this property takes great pride in the home, and is very hospitable and a delight to work with. I did not want to leave - fantastic house, fantastic location and a wonderful quite neighborhood and community. We loved every minute of our trip and will return to this property to rent, if it is available!!!!

Nice place close to the ocean

We staid with my wife and 2 daughters in this nice house for 10 days. Our small dog was part of the vacation and the house / garden is perfect to let the dog out. The living room, dining room and the kitchen provide a nice and big area to spend time evening with the family. Before our vacation I read some comment about the Sun Room and I can confirm : even in august we enjoyed taking our breakfast in this sunny place. Going to the beach is just 250 steps from the house. It’s a 10 miles (may be more) beach exactly like on the picture. Ombrela, chair, towel are available. Difficult to summarise everything we enjoyed during this day. Many Thanks for let us spend this 10 days in Ormond Beach.

Perfect Vacation Home Away From Home !!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. We recently spent 6 nights with our two kids and dog. We found the walk to the beach to be a short walk for what appears to be a mostly private beach. Only a few people on the beach each day made us feel like we were the only one's there. The house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated with attention to detail. We enjoyed jumping into the pool each day/night as a nice alternative to the ocean water. The hot tub was just an added bonus! The tiki bar allowed for outside eating which worked out nicely when the kids were wet from the pool. The totally private/fenced in backyard worked perfectly for our dog, and he loved chasing all the lizards around the bushes. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation spot... I know we will definitely be keeping it on our list of places we would like to visit again!

This is our first VBRO holiday and the property has set the bar very high for future rentals

We were delighted to find that the property came equipped with everything we needed for a terrific stay. In many areas it was as nice or nicer than our home. It was well maintained and very clean. From the high end audio/video equipment to the completely equipped kitchen and excellent beds, everything was perfect. Even though we were there in February, there were many days when we could use the heated pool. It did not take much sun to warm the water up to a comfortable level. Ormond-by-the-Sea is a quiet place and we spent many hours walking on either the beach, along the Inter-coastal Waterway or wandering the many interconnecting streets. We exchanged a number of e-mails with Pam and she was always quick to respond.. Our only regret is that we were away for the weekend when she dropped by so we could not meet her. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others or return ourselves in the future.

Absolutely Wonderful Month Spent Here

This property actually met and even exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful on the outside and the 2-car garage was clean and neat. Once inside the house my wife went from room to room and kept saying how nice and well-kept the house was. The pictures on the VRBO website do not lie! Also, the house had EVERYTHING you could need for a day at the beach: Extra towels, a beach umbrella, beach chairs and a beach cart to take everything. The kitchen has all the utensils and pots and pans needed. There was a complete starter set-up of soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Out in the backyard there is a gas grill and granite countertop with built in sink and cabinets with BBQ tools all under a Tiki-style roof. The pool was perfect to cool off every day. All in all we would definitely stay here again and refer friends.

Spacious house in an extremely quiet neighborhood

The house was more than enough room for our family of four. It is a very short walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves! The hot tub and pool are great and we loved the outdoor kitchen!

Beach trip

Wonderful Stay

This is a terrific house. It's fully stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen and beach. We could have used many more items than we did. Easy communication with our host throughout the week. Friendly neighbors too.

Wonderful family vacation!

Wow! Everything about this rental was seamless and carefree! So much support and guidance! Just a quick text quickly answered any and all questions. This was the perfect home for our family vacation. Close wall to the beach. Chairs/beach buggy and toys available. Everything was labeled in the house. We LOVED swimming everyday (ocean or pool) and relaxing in the hot tub (briefly because it was August and a little toasty!). Would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was clean, safe for small children, and friendly neighbors.

Beach Trip

House was very nice with just a short walk to the beach. Check-in/out was very easy. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the bikes. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Stay!!

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful home in a fantastic location! Pam, the owner, is great. We had strong communication for anything that came up during the stay and she was very responsive and immediately responsive. You really can’t beat this property and stay. You can walk maybe 100 yards onto a beautiful and uncrowned beach. Highly recommend the house and working with Pam. She is awesome. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Doug and Pam

Relaxing

We loved the house and pool. The property was immaculate and well maintained. . The house was well equipped with all of the little things that make a stay more enjoyable. The beach was across the street with a beach access walkway. We highly recommend it.

Thoughtful touches, well appointed - a great vacation spot!

What a nice week we had at the beach. This house is super well organized and incredibly well stocked. We are used to going to the beach and bringing our own chairs and whatnot because places claim they have items, but they're invariably in terrible shape. Not here, everything in the house was better than described. You can easily load everything up in the provided cart and it's a quick walk to the beach. The outdoor space, while small, is quite nice. There's a hot tub (which we didn't use, it being hot as anything), a nice outdoor bar & grill area with some stools, and a little dipping pool. Please note the pool gets quite warm as the day goes on, even if you turn the temperature down, but it was relaxing. When you return from the beach there's a hose outside so you can wash the sand off items and a terrific outdoor shower. Insides, there's a cute little Florida room that we sat in quite a bit, and a really comfortable living room. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. The trifling complaint would be that the knives all probably need a good sharpening, but we tend to cook every night rather than go out. There's a great island for food prep and there's plenty of food storage containers when you have leftovers. Labels are thoughtfully placed in the house so you know what switch goes with what light fixture. There were hangers and plenty of storage. I know it's all basics, but it was a treat to go someplace and have it be super organized, clean, and well thought out for what guests might need or want. Now, there's nothing but the beach to walk to around there (and a local park on the Intercoastal side), but there's plenty to do nearby including a cool state park. You can also go further into Ormond for food - it's a 10 minute drive to the grocery store. Finally, the owner was incredibly accommodating and super communicative. She let us know small things, like what day the pool and lawn maintenance crews were coming by, and checked in on other things. She really went above and beyond to check in with us and communicate, and it was much appreciated. We look forward to returning!

Great stay for 2 couples

Great place to stay. The house was beautiful, very clean, and well equipped with everything you may need for your stay. A nice, short walk to the beach to admire the ocean. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We would love to stay here again.
