Large, bright, open floor plan, cathedral ceilings with skylights will welcome you to your perfect beach vacation here in Ocean Beach. This rare year round rental features 3 zones heating and cooling throughout the house. WIFI/Smart TV in Living room and Sun Room.
Two large Master bedrooms full of natural light both featuring queen size beds with ample closet space in each. Both equipped with TV's if you would like to bring your firestick/DVD player.
One bedroom with two twin beds and spacious closet.
Another bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed with pull out twin trundle. There's more! A loft that features a full size bed! Loft features a TV for gaming or firestick/dvd use.
It doesn't end there! Two full bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen with large table that seats at least 10. Sectional LOVESAC couch in living room and 42 inch TV that walks out to custom built sunroom surrounded by windows and natural light that features a pull out futon couch, television, DVD player, movie library for your fun on a rainy day!
Ground level features a complete GAME ROOM; dart board, pool table, chess/checker boards custom made on wine barrel, beverage cooler, ice maker, step out to back yard where there is ring toss, corn hole, or simply set up a beach chair by the pool or nap on the hammock right in the backyard. This all creating the ultimate MOANA experience! There is no other home in Ocean Beach that offers you these amenities. Game room AND Saltwater HEATED pool!!!
BRAND NEW large decks built around the home! No expense spared for your convenience and pleasure. Sit upstairs under a shaded canopy or sit in the sun in our outdoor lounge area, while reading a book before dinner. If shade is your friend, the lower deck has complete shade on hot summer days. Spacious outdoor shower all new equipped with stone floor and top of the line hardware.
Home sits across the street from the large grass field open to the public that your children can have a quick soccer or wiffle ball game on. They will never be bored at MOANA!
Surf Road borders Cornielle Estates and a quick walk to the beach brings you to either the Ocean Beach side or Cornielle Estate side of the beach.
Ocean Beach is filled with outdoor and indoor restaurants for your dining pleasure, boutique shops for the shoppers out there, wine & liquor store, food markets, tennis courts and a huge playground for your children to enjoy!

Things to Know: This home is only accessible via ferry; has a 30 year old minimum age requirement for rental; there are strict good neighbor and noise policies for all homes in Ocean Beach and no parties or share houses are allowed at any time at MOANA. Families welcome. No smoking and pets are considered on case by case basis. There is a $20 a day pet fee.

We had a great stay, the house has all the amenities needed and just a quick walk to the Ferry and beach. The decks are well appointed and a great extension of the house. There were some ants in both the bathrooms, but that was the only inconvenience. The location was perfect, and the communication with the property manager stellar!

The pictures do not do the property justice. It is more spacious and inviting than it appears. Open living room and dining space. Sheltered outdoor spaces for eating and beautiful backyard and game room.

The house was great. The rooms were located close together, but not so you could hear other people. The pool was a great way to end the day after the beach. Being near the school was great for pick up basketball and having the field there was also very convenient. Overall highly recommended.

Excellent beach house - plenty of space for everyone to hang out. The new deck is amazing - top deck great for dinners and getting some sun. Bottom deck for chilling out, playing games. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Great location near the beach and far enough away from town that it’s peaceful. Great communication from the owner, all our questions answered immediately. Highmy recommend this rental.

A terrific home and responsive owners before , during and after our stay

We suspect that we were the first renters for the new owners of this renovated property and they have this down! The house was ready as promised, nothing was missing and it was immaculate. Communication was always prompt and thorough. It accommodated our family of 7 adults and 1 toddler quite comfortably- even on a stormy day when we had to stay indoors. On the sunny days, we enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and the short walk to the beach. Beds are comfortable and there's ample storage space for clothing in each bedroom. Bathrooms new. Kitchen workable. Large table for meals together and room enough for guests! Gorgeous sunsets from the living room and sunroom. A/C and heat. TV in almost every room and separate game room on lower level. Outdoor decks on both the east and west sides with furniture and BBQ. If you're looking to stay in Ocean Beach you can't go wrong with this home!

Nice house for families, perfect location

The house is really centrally located in Ocean Beach, with a short walk to both town and the beach. It is also across from the elementary school which has a playground that is open to the public when school is out, and a baseball field which is great for wiffle ball. The house itself has lots of sleeping options and the bedrooms are split nicely into two floors with a queen room and kids room on each floor which worked out well for two families. We brought a toddler and an infant which went about as well as I could hope, but in my dream world I would love if the house stashed away a couple baby gates (lots of stairs), high chair, pack n play, just because it's such a pain to lug these things to FI. All in all great stay, thanks!

The best family house ever in ocean beach!!!!

Great location everything was clean and amazing and this house was really perfect for families with children!!! Everything you could need from sheets to towels to coffee maker to board games and a foosball table and pool table with ample couches and congregation space in and out! The host could not have been better and more communicative and seriously the best spot for families to stay in Ocean Beach. I give this house a 10 out of 10⭐️

Lovely Fire Island Home

Visited Ocean Beach from overseas, after having grown up in the area--it's a town that remains timeless, but the house itself is newly built and well updated. Location is perfect--on edge of Ocean Beach / Corneilles Estates--so you have the convenience of OB town and resources, but we walked a few feet down the beach so that we were allowed to eat/drink/play frisbee on the beach (OB doesn't allow anything on the beach). Loved biking / BBQ on deck / etc. House is well stocked w/ basic spices / condiments / pots and pans. Andrea was very responsive and kind. House is great for two families--2 master bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lots of common space / deck space / etc. Doubt you'll do better in OB.
