Hello,My group of six stayed in this cabin from December 4–7. Upon arrival, we noticed the refrigerator light was out, fireplace was making a horrible noise and there was a pile of feces on the deck. I called and spoke with the manager, who said he would notify maintenance, but no one ever came.We later discovered dirty dishes still inside the dishwasher, along with kitchen utensils in the drawers that had food residue on them. Many of the dishes were old, and there were outdated food items left in the cabinets. A vacuum cleaner had been left out in the middle of the bedroom floor, and there were cobwebs throughout our bedroom. The shower door rod upstairs was also broken and toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. Also the upstairs bedroom to the left didn’t have a remote control. Additionally, although a gas grill was advertised, it is actually a griddle, and I believe the listing should clarify this. I rent a cabin every year at this time, and there are typically Christmas decorations provided—this cabin had none.Overall, our experience was very disappointing.
