Spektakulær udsigt over Sea of Cortez fra denne oceanfront condo. Hvalsafari fra din gårdhave. Hvis du er en tidlig riser vi har fantastiske solopgang synspunkter. Stenklipper nedenfor med tilstødende trin, der tager dig til en til en stille sandstrand. Meget åben grundplan med højt til loftet, der gør det til at virke endnu mere rummeligt. En og en halv historie trappe, så ikke mange trin, men der er trin. King seng-stort bad med badekar / bruser og vaskemaskine tørretumbler. Veludstyret køkken. Meget pænt møbleret inde og ude. Cabo San Lucas er omkring 1 1/2 miles fra udvej for natteliv. Der er tre gode restauranter inden for gåafstand, og "Pool Bar" på stedet til let frokost / middag menu + cocktails. Meget mere støjsvage placering end de downtown hotel steder som mange af enhederne er privatejet. To pools på stedet, den ene ser nordøst, den anden sydvest med fantastisk solnedgang.

Fabulous Trip

Great vacation spot in Cabo

If you’re thinking about a nice spot to rent in Cabo this is it. Legit perfect views and in a great location near downtown.

This is a beautiful property with truly amazing views, easy access to a simi-secluded beach, and a front row seat for the best whale watching in the world!

Peace & Relaxation!

This condo was everything we hoped for. The views are incredible! Location is great, easily walkable to a few restaurants, the beach felt private, very short Uber rides to get around. The pool bar was a real highlight having everything we needed and super friendly staff. The condo itself was spotless and the bed was very comfy! We loved that there were beach supplies and the snorkeling gear allowed us to see so many tropical fish. This was our first visit to Cabo and we would love to come back and stay here!

ocean view cabo

absolutely as shown and described by the listing…. we saw beautiful sunrises every morning of our 7 day stay.. the little beach down steps right outside the condo was rocky in places but you could find areas to ride waves or just soak in the perfect temperature ocean. the pool bar was visited every day and the staff were all wonderful.. we did a fishing trip and my husband caught a marlin for the first time!!! very thrilling. we definitely would stay here again

Amazing

We had the best time staying at this condo. It had the most breathtaking views, along with a beautiful and relaxing pool area. The food at the pool bar was amazing and we really enjoyed eating and spending our time there with the most friendly staff. Will absolutely love to go back. Host was great with communication and so courteous to us. Best vacation ever!!

Shoreline gem

We absolutely loved this condo, our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay there longer. Amazing views, and yes, whale watching too! Waking to the sound of the waves lapping the shore and watching the sunrise was just amazing! Everything we needed was there in the condo. Even on the grounds, pool bar with food choices, and down some stairs and to the left was a quiet beach with tropical fish to admire. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear were also available to use at this condo. Thank you Connie for sharing your beautiful condo and for your prompt responses to our questions! We hope to come back in the very near future!

Respite for the soul!

Misiones ocean front is the only place we stay in Cabo. This is the first time we stayed in this particular unit. We loved it! Being on the top floor, the ceiling are high so it seems really large. The owners have taken care of everything to make it an easy vacation place. There are 2 ac units that work perfectly, there are shades on every window letting you control the lighting, the remodeled kitchen and bathroom have everything you need (the bathroom is especially nice and big!). The owner took time to put a book together with helpful information for our stay and Cabo in general. We were thrilled to stay in this unit - relaxing and perfect!

Beautiful location and lodgings

Everything as described. Very nice remodel. Perfect for a short- or long-term stay. As others have noted, there is quite a bit of walking involved. Not a criticism, just for others to be aware of.

Amazing property and resort

We travel often staying mostly at Marriott properties. This by far the best place we have ever stayed,. We watched whales breaching from our balcony, swam in the pool with swim up bar and private beach as well!!! It was awesome. Cleaners could pay more attention to details like dusting equipment and wiping down toilet pedestal/floor area better but that is property manager stuff, the property was still amazing!👍

Anniversary Getaway

First time to Cabo and split our time between this condo and one of the better all‐inclusive resorts in town. My husband and I both agree that our stay here was the best part of our trip. The condo itself is so nicely appointed with everything we needed. The grounds staff and pool staff were all so friendly and helpful. We spent time in both San Lucas and San Jose and enjoyed dining shopping at the local businesses. The best part was how easy it was to get up in the morning, head right down to the stairs to the beach. Never more than 4 other people there, had chairs and a cooler to take and just enjoy the beauty. Water was the perfect temperature to enjoy and easy snorkeling to see a good variety of fish. We'll definitely stay here again if back in Cabo!

Relaxation & Great Views

Perfect condo for some R&R - balcony the place to hang-out with crashing waves and changing views with the tides. Location is fantastic - we’ve stayed in Misiones before on the other side with Arch view, also great, but nothing beats being right on the water. Comfy for 2, kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked several meals there. Ice maker continually cranked out. Having the Cape nearby is a real boon for additional food, drink & entertainment, and the complex pool and restaurant & bar was nice too. Only thing we missed was a speaker or stereo to play music from the phone, but the waves filled the void. Let nature do a reset! Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay, bad communication

Very nice and as pictured/described. Right on the water with private beach a few steps away. Well-equipped to comfortably settle in and enjoy. Bed linens/pillows could really use an update, but bed itself is large and comfortable. Facilities were in good shape. Location leaves the chaos of Cabo a quick Uber ride away. Limited nearby dining options. Enjoyed dinner at Puerto Vieja. The Thompson and Sunset Monalisa are both sublime if you feel like really splurging. Host communication was the least/worst I’ve ever experienced. At check-in, the unit appeared to be in the middle of cleaning. Furniture moved around, rags draped over barstools, unmade bed, etc. There was a pair of sandals and a bag of garbage by the front door, which made us think they’d be back to finish ... but when? (it was after 7pm)Contacted host through VRBO. No response. Called the listed number. Wouldn’t go through. Emailed the listed address. Undeliverable. Ended up just putting the place back together ourselves and leaving the shoes on the front steps (they were never retrieved). Host never responded until the last day of our stay. Just a short, jumbled chat message that (I think) said her VRBO app wasn’t working? Mkay. Not sure if that was her or a management company behind her profile, but it was disappointing.

A few things to consider…

There is no parking lot. There is some dispute with the property owner over who owns the parking area but it’s not available to renters. They double park people on the street then tell you not to do that the next day. Definitely don’t rent a car. This information should be included in the write up so you are aware. No parking passes. Ants in the unit, not just in kitchen. Needs to be sprayed. Had to buy toilet paper. FYI, you need to walk up the street for the Taxis. Dispute between Taxis and Uber. Positives; beautiful view. Nice small pool bar and pool. Quiet except for construction one day. Renovated unit. Grounds were impeccable. Private beach access next to unit.

My husband is retired from the wine business, and I owned and operated a real estate company , Harcourts NW Oregon Realty Group in Silverton, Oregon until retirement 10/2020. We have now moved to St George, Utah. The winters in Oregon get long, cold, and wet. We bought a condo in Misiones in 2004. Since then last year we purchased 1302 due to be lovers of hearing, and seeing the ocean up front. We love the resort. It is not as crazy as the downtown hotels with a lot of partying day, and night. There are a couple little convenience markets in walking distance. You don't HAVE to rent a car. There is bus service from the airport, and taxi service to town. There is a Fresca grocery store about 1/4 mile from the resort.The taxis are expensive, but you can take one in to Walmart or Costco and they will wait while you buy groceries. We sometimes rent a car for just a couple of days to get groceries, and owner tasks taken care of. If you are an adventurer then a car would be necessary for a drive up to Todos Santos, or drive to Santiago and hike to the Valley of the Fox waterfalls. Of course there are championship golf courses nearby; Cabo Del Sol is about 3 miles from us.

Comfortable oceanfront condo with spectacular Sea of Cortez views , and the sounds of waves crashing on the rocks below. Very private location. Just recently refurnished, and remodeled. An open floor plan, and high ceilings add to the spaciousness of the unit. Attention to detail throughout.

We are in a very private and quiet location. The only noise you hear is from the waves from Sea of Cortez crashing on the rocks below. The unit is like new from a complete remodel done after our purchase.
