Located less than a 5 minute drive to Drake's Island Beach as well as walking distance to restaurants (Maine Diner, Bitterend, Maple Leaves, Bull n' Claw, Litchfield's), ice cream (Big Daddy's), antique shops, entertainment and much more. Take the Trolley to Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, or Amtrak Train Station. Enjoy a dip in the pool after a relaxing day at the beach!

Great place to stay

Very close to shops and beaches. The pool was clean as well as the condo. Within walking distance to ice cream shop and restaurants.

Great Little Retreat

This condo was located in a great little resort. Neighbors were super friendly. Many were very familiar with the area and gave us lots of great recommendations of places to visit. The room was slightly smaller than I had expected, but it still worked for us (2 adults and 2 small children). The owners were very helpful and responsive. Then even had the pullout couch prepared since we let them know that's where our kids would sleep. Several places are within walking distance including an ice cream place we loved. The road is a little busy during the day though so we had to be extra careful with small kids. The pool was nice and clean and had plenty of toys and floats for the kids. The tables, chairs and umbrellas around the pool were also very nice. It was our first visit to Maine and we loved it!

It was great! Cleanliness very Great! The owner was great I thought I had a problem with the tv( but did not) so I called the owner within 5- 10 min he was there . Highly recommend the studio condo. Thanks to the owners!

We are local residents of Wells! Joe is an account executive and a Wells High School assistant football coach and Havah works as a speech language pathologist. Joe and Havah both grew up in New England and are excited to share a piece of it with our guests!

Why they chose this property

This property has a great location! It is located right across from the road entrance to Drake's Island which makes it a less than 5 minute drive to the beach. It is walking distance to shopping, antique shops, ice cream, and restaurants. We also have an outdoor pool and beautiful outdoor space for guests to enjoy!
