Detta nya hem ligger i en avskild del av Norris sjön med en svag sluttning till sjön. Beläget på detta 90 tunnland trädbevuxna område är bara 9 vackra nya hem 15 minuter från Rt. 63. Powell marina ligger bara 5 minuter bort med båt. Lutningen till sjön har inga steg och ligger bara 250 'från detta vackert inredda 4 sovrum / 3. 5 bad hem. På bottenvåningen finns ett stort stort rum, öppen spis, 1/2 badrum, matplats med stort bord och bänkskivor i granit i det välfyllda köket. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och badrum med stor dusch. Varje rum på bottenvåningen har en promenad ut skjutreglaget till 12 x 55 delvis täckt däck. På bottenvåningen finns ett tvättstuga med full tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
Nedre våningen har 3 sovrum, ett lekrum med 60 "TV, bordtennisbord, drottningssoffa och en våt bar med kylskåp. Hallen / lekrummet har en promenad ut skjutreglaget till däck. Sovrum på lägre nivå har en kung med eget badkar / dusch och garderob. 2: a bäddsrum på lägre nivå har en king size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har 2 våningssängar. Dessa 2 sovrum delar ett badrum. Bryggan är en två våningar med en båtlåda och ett toppdäck w / slide and jump gate. Det finns också två jet ski-bryggor. En eldstad med trä finns på kvällarna för att steka träsk och göra smores! Loungestolar finns på undre däck och på bryggan.

Lake house is exactly as described...perfect for our Labor Day weekend - VERY spacious & updated!! The smokeless firepit was amazing & the chairs are sturdy. The paved walkway down to the dock was awesome, but be aware there are certain spots that have a serious grade (**Use caution w/younger children, elderly or handicapped)

House and property are amazing! Kitchen is well stocked with every pan and utensil you could need! Kids loved the slide on the dock and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows! The layout of the house was perfect for our family and decorated nicely with a cute lake theme. We visited many marinas in the area and never had a bad meal! Will definitely rent again!

Family Vacation

Loved this house. Very roomy and clean. Nice double dock with a slide which the kids loved and a slip for our boat. Walk to the dock was easy and beautiful location.

Great Time

The property was the perfect spot for our family trip! We did not have a boat this trip, but didn’t even feel we needed one! We were able to enjoy the upper deck of the dock and floating right there in the water the whole weekend. The house was exactly as described in the listing.

Anniversary 43 Years

We rented a pontoon boat , went to the jumping Bridge . Had a blast ! The only negative thing was that we didn’t have a remote to are TV on the main floor , I text the property manager be he didn’t seem to care . We had a go to the bottom floor witch was a little bit hard on my precious wife, but it was worth it !!

Great family getaway

We’ve been staying at this house on the lake for the last 6 years. It is fantastic! We love it! This year we enjoyed the improvements of brand new kitchen appliances and some new furniture. The ping pong table and the seclusion of the driveway makes playing catch for the kids big hits!

Great Location

We loved everything about the house and especially the location. Our boat did get rocked a lot in the slip since there was not a lift, but we were on the lake every day so it really was only a couple of times. We also did a couple of night rides. There is no lighting on the dock which made it a little harder to navigate. The house itself is as described. The rooms were clean and nice. The kitchen was well stocked and had labels on each drawer or cabinet. Very helpful. The fire pit was a nice way to end the day. My 12 year old daughter enjoyed the old video game console too. We loved everything about this place!

Great house, but not secluded

We love this house and have stayed here the last two summers. However, we do not plan to stay again. This is a narrow channel of the lake that leads right to the marina. Our boats got ROCKED all week by boats going by fast and with big wakes. This is not the fault of the house, but something to consider. Everyone gets out of the marina's no wake zone and hammers by this row of houses.

Very nice home, with a few exceptions

This was a very beautiful home and we had a great week. It was very clean and new inside and out. Wonderful dock, great kitchen, nice outdoor spaces. We were very disappointed to find out there were only 3.5 baths, not 4.5 as listed. The coffee maker did not work and internet was intermittent and would not even send emails most of the stay. The dryer struggled and took multiple times to dry loads. Also the sidewalk to the dock to the lake was not a gentle slope. The initial drop was the pitch of a staircase with no rail, and the remainder was poured sideways. We have 4 older parents on the trip and they had a lot of trouble with it. We messaged the owner about a couple things when we got there but never received a response.

Fam vaca

GramE and Pa and children and grands have visited this property every year for the past 6 years. The location is quiet and private yet easily accessible to both Powell Valley and flat hollow marinas as well as springs and Shanghai. Beds were comfy. Ping pong and cornhole were also welcoming for the grands on a rainy day but mostly we all loved the double decker dock for water fun and docking our boat! We LOVE this house! Our littles are already hoping for a 7th year next year!

Great location close to Powell Valley

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location close to Powell Valley, and a short trip to Flat Hollow, was great. We loved that the house was among forest reserves- the drive in was hilly but beautiful! The set up of the house was great and the short walk to the water was even better! We love to ski & wakeboard, and it was easy to find great water in the area. The fridge was missing some shelves & the oven had seen better days, but overall we had a really great stay. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Oasis

This lake house is beautiful! The pictures are very accurate. Powell Valley Marina is literally around the corner from this house and only a 13min drive. Follow the directions that are given to you, if going on a winding road makes you car sick (and I mean winding) do not follow your GPS to get off at Jellico- go a further bit down on I75 and get off at Carysville. After you get off the main road expect the road to be more one lane- 20mph is your best speed cause there are some big curves and if the other person has a big truck/vehicle it is very tight. This house has more than enough room and beautiful views of the lake. We cooked every meal there, there is plenty of pots/pans/utensils and used the grill each night. The grill brush broke the first night but nothing a trip to dollar general didn't fix and we left it for the next group to use. There was a few shelves in the refrigerator door that were missing and would've been nice to have but bonus that there is a fridge in the downstairs so we stored extra stuff there. The ping pong table and the video game were awesome- my 47yo brother and niece enjoyed it the most! We loved this house so much we can't wait to come back! Also compared to other homes we saw, the walk down to the dock is not bad at all, it's honestly the last little hill at the top, but my dad whose had lots of cardiac issues was able to do it than anyone can! Take the trip, spend the money, rent the boat, it's beautiful and definitely slide down the slide!😀
