Superb 60 ares villa, sublime sea view, tennis & private pool, designer interior

The villa is located between Sant Pol de Mar and Sant Cebrià de Vallalta, on the Maresme coast. The villa is 2.5 km from the sea and 45 km north of Barcelona.
It is a very spacious villa distributed in two floors with superb sea and mountain views.
With a capacity for 12 people, the villa can be divided into two apartments. One for 8 people and the other for 4 people.
It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a swimming pool and a large garden, BBQ and chill-out corner as well as swings for children and an optional private tennis court.
It is the ideal villa to spend a few days with family or 2 families to go to the beach and to play sports.

BBQ, covered & uncovered terrace, garden furniture, panoramic sea view, chill-out corner, parking, private heated pool (unheated from early December to late March and optional heating in April and May and from September 15 to late November for an additional € 100 per week), mountain view, playground, table tennis, pétanque area, large private garden, optional private tennis court: additional € 150 per week.

Amazing stay

This is an exceptional place! It's huge and has everything you could want. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, a pool and a tennis court!It's all behind a secure motorised gate and it's 100% private and not overlooked.Our lovely host was there to welcome us and show us around and she was on call for us although we didn't need her help because everything worked!We paid a little extra to have the pool heated and it was glorious!The views are amazing, you really need to see it to believe it.If you're thinking of booking this - just do it, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful setting

We enjoyed are our week in a beautiful location as an extended family ranging from 85 years of age down to 6 months. The villa was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. There are lots of lovely areas that you can escape to for peace and quiet and the set up over two floors worked really well.The air conditioning was brilliant but only in the upstairs seating area - the upstairs bedrooms air con was not very effective. The electrics couldn’t cope with the air con units all running at the same time and a kettle being turned on! We worked around it but with such a large group it was inconvenient.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette magnifique maison .Nous étions 12 adultes.La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque absolument rien.Elle est très lumineuse et la vue est unique et splendide.Les équipement sont de qualités et très bien entretenus.Piscine, table ping pong, balançoire, terrain de pétanque, tennis,et même un bac à sable pour enfant protégé .Des petits coins avec table , chaises….Un havre de paix.Beatriz qui nous a accueilli est très agréable , elle nous a donné des conseils et des adresses pour commander un paella , qui était délicieuse, Cela nous a bien aidé.Très bonne communication et reactivite à nos question.Vraiment rien a redire et c est un lieu que je recommande vivement.Nous reviendrons

Deux familles de 4 enfants adolescents chacune, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très agréable avec piscine, vue sur la mer et proximité des commerces et de la mer ! Heel mooie villa met een supermooi zicht op de zee.Heel vriendelijk onthaal van Beatriz. Wij waren met 10. Hebben een heel mooie vakantie gehad in de villa. Als ik één minpuntje kan geven is dat je heel afgelegen bent van alle winkels. Elke keer moet je de berg op en af. Voor de rest is de villa echt een aanrader.

Dejlig villa

Vi var 3 generationer (12 i alt), som havde en fantastisk ferie. Der var alt, hvad vi havde brug for i villaen og Beatriz gav os en god gennemgang af hele ejendommen og var sød og venlig og svarede hurtigt, hvis vi havde nogle spørgsmål. Vi havde konkurrencer i tennis, badminton og bordtennis i løbet af ugen, så det var ikke nødvendigt at forlade villaen i løbet af ugen, undtagen når man skulle ud at proviantere, der var masser at tage sig til. Men vi var godt nok både i Barcelona, Girona og Calella en dag, som alle 3 er nogle skønne byer. Udsigten er enestående og der er masser af plads til alle i villaen og gode muligheder for at lave mad i huset med 2 ovne og 2 store køleskabe og frysere. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.

Séjour d'une semaine à Sant Cebrià de Vallalta

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille (4 couples et des enfants de 8 ans 1/2 à 5 mois). Le lieux et la vue sont sublimes. La maison est parfaitement équipée, la piscine très bien entretenue et sécurisée et les possibilités de jeux intérieurs et extérieurs multiples. Nous sommes allées à la plage (15 mn) et à Barcelone (<50mn). Merci à Béatrice pour son accueil et sa disponibilité

Een fantastisch huis in een prachtige omgeving. We hebben hier twee weken genoten. Uitstekende communicatie met de beheerder. We hadden een probleempje met de airco en dat werd voortvarend en zeer netjes opgelost. Wij zouden hier direct weer boeken. Een absolute aanrader!

Magnifique vue

Emplacement idéal, au calme, retiré de la foule avec un équipement top et une vue imprenable sur la mer. Grande propriété qui propose diverses activités : tennis (option ... qui permet de brûler les calories ;-) ), pétanques, ping pong ... et une grande piscine. Merci à Beatriz pour l'accueil. fantastisch huis voor groep

Ik heb dit huis 5 dagen gehuurd voor een groep sportvrienden en mijzelf. Wij zochten een huis met genoeg (losse) bedden en ruimtes om in terug te trekken. Dit huis bleek ideaal. Communicatie met Beatriz (de supervisor) was prettig en gemakkelijk. fijn dat er al veel in huis aanwezig is: kruiden, wasmiddel, vaatwastabletten. etc zeker een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille pour fêter la nouvelle année, la maison est magnifique et très propre. L’emplacement est super et proche de Barcelone, il y’a le train(40 min) qui permet de ne pas prendre la voiture . Béatrice est très sympathique et nous à très bien accueilli.La vue est magnifique et beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Une très bonne adresse à recommander. Viva Espagna !

Sehr gut ausgestattetes großes Ferienhaus mit fantastischem Meerblick

Wir haben als Großfamilie mit 3 Gen. einen schönen 2-wöchigen Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer Häusersiedlung in hoher Hanglage mit wunderschönem Meerblick - ein Auto ist ein Muss. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Wohnungen und ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Unten befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, 2 Bäder und ein großer offener Wohn-Essbereich mit Küche. Oben sind 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und eine extra Toilette. Bis auf ein Zimmer sind alle Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es oben ein Wohn-/Esszimmer & eine Küche. Beide Etagen sind im Haus mit einem Treppenhaus verbunden, eine Trenntür ist vorhanden. Beide Wohnungen sind direkt vom Außenbereich zugänglich. Der Außenbereich ist im Terassenprinzip angelegt. Oben direkt am Haus befinden sich verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, u.a. ein langer Tisch mit Stühlen. Eine Ebene tiefer befindet sich der eingezäunte Pool (besonders mit Kinder toll) mit 8 Liegestühlen sowie ein großer Ampelsonnenschirm. Ein zweiter großer Sonnenschirm wäre hier noch toll gewesen ... wir haben alternativ etwas improviert. Den Pool hatten wir uns anhand der Fotos im Inserat etwas größer vorgestellt - Badespaß gab es aber trotzdem! 😀 Auf der unteren Ebene gibt es nochmals Sitz-/Liegegelegenheiten, eine Schaukel und einen Sandkasten. Beatriz (Kontaktperson vor Ort) war gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - vielen Dank!

Très bon séjour !

Très bonnes vacances passées dans la maison. Celle-ci est très bien équipée, très spacieuse (très confortable que chacun ait sa salle de bain) et très agréable. Nous avons pu bénéficier des équipements sportifs (basket/tennis), piscine et d’un terrain de pétanque bien arboré. Très bon accueil et très bons échanges avec les propriétaires et par Beatriz sur place. Super séjour ! Merci encore!
