Wonderful Villa

This is a fantastic villa. It’s spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. The pool is wonderful (and large) as is the shady garden. Michel and Annette responded quickly to questions during our stay. The villa is an excellent base to explore Arcachon Bay.

A little house of paradise in Teste du Buch... the house is the perfect location to cycle to beaches, dune du pilat, arcachon and biscarosse. The pool and terrace are beautiful and well maintained. The house is perfection kitchen and utility room all well equiped. Lots of places to sit with 2 dining tables plus one outside! The bedrooms are fab but the master is beyond! With a brand new wet room and walk in wardrobe.. lets not forget the air con in all rooms. Like i say perfection

Schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen. Die Beschreibungen passten und wit hatten eine schöne Zeit. Lediglich die Handtücher sollten separat gebucht werden, dass steht in der Beschreibung auf FeWo anders.

Maison idéalement placée et accueil au top.

Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Michel. Il nous a tout expliqué et a été très réactif. En effet, nous avons eu un tout petit problème avec les WC, nous l’avons contacté et il est intervenu immédiatement et résolu le problème. La maison était tout à fait conforme à la description, très propre, à une quinzaine de minutes des plages, de la Dune du Pilat et d’Arcachon. La seule chose qu’on pourrait lui reprocher, est qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul WC et une seule salle de bain pour une maison qui peut accueillir 6 adultes. Cependant, je recommande cette maison pour passer de bonnes vacances dans cette merveilleuse région.

Nur zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Sorgfalt gestaltet und eingerichtet: perfekte Kücheneinrichtung (z.B. schneidende Messer, diverse Geräte, ausreichend Töpfe und gute Pfannen ...). Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Sehr viel grün, ein toller großer sauberer Pool, bequeme Liegen zum Relaxen und ein schöner Essbereich auf der Terasse. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen. Familie Bach

Il existe toujours un doute lorsqu'on loue par internet. Et bien je tiens à lever ce doute. C'est belle et bien la maison sur les photos en tous points. Maison parfaitement équipée, propreté irréprochable, jardin magnifiquement entretenu. Et puis que dire de l'accueil de Michel ? Souriant, disponible, de bons conseils et un fabuleux accent du sud chantant. Je recommande cette location sans rougir. Vous ne pouvez pas être déçu. Je vous souhaite alors un excellent séjour !!!!!

un petit paradis

Une très belle maison, bien équipée, disposant d'un beau mobilier, d'une agréable salle de bain, quel bonheur de prendre une douche en profitant de la vue sur un bel écrin de verdure, de chambres confortables. La piscine est entourée d'un bel espace et d'un jardin fleuri. Nous remercions Monsieur Tilleul pour son accueil et d'avoir pris, soin de nous lorsque nous avons dû quitter ce bel endroit, en raison d'un ordre d'évacuation suite à l'importance des fumées dûes à l'incendie de la forêt, et Madame Busolin qui a immédiatement proposé un remboursement.

Bel endroit

A notre arrivée Michel. Michel c'est un sourire, un accueil chaleureux, des conseils et une disponibilité. Maison sympa et pratique. Mais c'est surtout l'extérieur qui étonne. Une belle piscine (froide) malheureusement qui est installée dans un ecrin de verdure qui vous done l'impression d'être seul. Mais c'est surtout la nuit qui enchante les yeux par un eclairage qui vous donne l'impression d'être a Disney. Un petit côté magique. Sympa.

Fabuleuse villa tout près de la dune du Pilat

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour. La maison est idéalement située, magnifique piscine entourée de son jardin fleuri. La terrasse extérieur à l’abri permet d’être protégé de la pluie de août 😉et ce à chaque moment de la journée. Annette est adorable et trouve des solutions à tout. Enfin mention spéciale à Mr Tilleul , un homme souriant et charmant. Nous les remercions tous deux pour savoir bien accueillir leurs hôtes. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute apprécier cette villa bien placée et au calme.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für entspannten Urlaub

Kommunikation sehr gut. Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Michel, Sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Sehr gepflegt, schöner Pool. Grill, Fahrräder und TT-Platte toll für Freizeit. Lage in einem rusher ruhigen und gepflegten Viertel. Strände 15min Auto (Fahrrad etwas zu weit). Insgesamt tolle Anlage für einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Zweite Toilette wäre bei einem Objekt dieser Kategorie noch wünschenswert.

Séjour parfait

Cette maison est la meilleur que nous ayons loué. La pièce à vivre ainsi que la cuisine sont très grandes et très biens équipées. Douche à l'italienne Et 2 vasques pour la belle salle de bain. Les chambres sont confortables. En extérieur la piscine et le jardin nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments. La situation de la maison permet de visiter facilement toute la région. Un grand merci à Monsieur Tilleul pour son accueil chaleureux.

Charmantes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette location, la maison est bien agencée, agréable avec un beau jardin arboré. La piscine est un grand atout ! Annette est très à l écoute des locataires, monsieur TILLEUL toujours disponible et très serviable. Un beau souvenir !
