The company Good Life rentals offers beautiful furnished studio in a hotel residence 3 stars located in Trois Ilets, Martinique. 30m2 studios are composed of a large living room with a large queen size bed + a sofa bed for one person, a little extra mattress if required, a cot for baby. You can enjoy a private terrace with kitchenette with all relevant information: stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and all utensils.
The studios are equipped with TV and a DVD player (we even made available a few DVDs to watch during your stay.), A safe, free Internet access, hairdryer, telephone, iron , sheets and towels.
All hotel services are available to you: kayaking, jet skiing, water skiing, bowling, volleyball, football, swimming pools and various and varied activities of the hotel.

The location is great. The apartment is on the 3rd floor no elevator. The WiFi only worked when we were in the common areas. I was unaware that the kitchen was actually On the balcony with no hot water. Again the location was great and the room was clean.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement, idéalement situé à proximité des commerces, bar et restaurants. La vue face a la Marina est un réel atout!En revanche, la residence commence à être vetuste et le logement était sale à notre arrivee !La "cuisine" présente sur le balcon n'a pas accès à l'eau chaude et n'est pas pratique pour cuisiner même les plats les plus simples.Il manque du materiel de cuisine et le peu présent meriterait d'être changé...Contrairement a ce qui peut etre stipulé par le propriétaire dans certains de ses commentaires, aucune modification n'a été apporté à ce logement. Avec un meilleur entretien, un renouvellement de l'équipement et un réaménagement de l'espace cuisine, ce logement pourrait offrir une experience plus satisfaisante.

Bonjour,je loue régulièrement au sein de cette résidence hôtelière. Très sincèrement de tous les logements que j'ai loué, celui-ci est le mieux équipé et le mieux entretenu.Il faut juste accepter de monter les deux étages.Je conseille vivement!

Logement en manque "d'amour"

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Martinique, mais la propreté du logement laisse un peu à désirer. Ce logement devrait être mieux nettoyé, partout (murs sals, la poussière sur luminaires et le fan au dessus du lit).

Excellent séjour en Martinique mais le logement doit être rénové et surtout beaucoup mieux équipé.ded balais en veux tu en voilà et des serpillieres mais pas d'aspirateur ,pas de torchon ,pas d'eau chaude pour faire la vaisselle ( il faut aller dans la douche pour avoir l'eau chaude pour la vaisselle...une tortue de se préparer les repas même très simple

Chambre avec une belle vue sur la marina de la pointe du bout

Petite plage avec transats et quelques parasols. Un peu de poissons à admirer le long des rochers. Chambre correcte sans plus, mais bruyante la nuit : climatisation et congélateur => prenez des boules Kies. Bonne literie. Cuisine extérieure sur balcon fonctionnelle, mais équipement disparate et un peu vieux. Prendre son petit déjeuner ou son dîner sur le balcon est très agréable. Quasiment pas de moustiques lors de notre séjour. Grand parking dans l'hôtel avec beaucoup de place / places possibles à l'extérieur également. Club de plongée sur la Marina : à faire car les fonds martiniquais sont très beaux

Studio très bien situé

Très bon séjour. Studio avec vue sur la marina! L'emplacement est parfait pour profiter de divers lieux de baignades, mais aussi pour partir en excursions variées. Et l'accès à Fort de France est très très facile avec les "vedettes tropicales".
