The set consists of a large shed, built in the 1900s, completely restored in 2014 to recreate the bistro was holding my grandmother there are over 50 years in the village.
The exterior consists of various small gardens, a large wooden deck and a pool designed like a laundry, heated and secure ...
The course allows several cars to park in the shade and shelter.

Everything was decorated in the spirit of years of restaurant bar 50 '.
The main room is built around an authentic bar counter, a lounge and a kitchen (oven, induction plates, dishwasher, fridge freezer).

The ground floor has 2 large bedrooms with bed 140, each of which can accommodate a cot and a shower bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The floor consists of a dormitory of 6 beds and a bathroom with bath and toilet.

Spending a few days in this environment is to relive the story of a 1950s bistro. That of 'granny Leone Adventure unforgettable guaranteed!

A little slice of French heaven

We have just spent ten nights in this fabulous house in Lézan. It was absolutely stunning, exactly as was described and exactly like the photos. The kids were in the pool everyday and loved it. They also loved sleeping together in the loft bedroom. Our host Fabrice was exceptionally helpful, I had a couple of questions when we arrived which were answered immediately. We would definitely recommend this house for a family with young children or even a couple with no kids.

Erholung und Ruhe bei Mamie Leone

Wir haben unseren zwei wöchigen Urlaub bei Mamie Leone sehr genossen. Das Haus, die Terasse, der Garten und der Pool sind einfach nur schön. Die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sind Erholung pur. An heißen Tagen findet man Erfrischung im Pool oder man kann im Schatten verweilen. Wir liebten den Vintagestyle Einrichtung von Mamie Leonie und es ist alles da was man zum Kochen etc. benötigt.Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sind ein Plus an heißen Tagen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher, die Bettwäsche und die Bettdecken (das erstemal in Frankreich) waren von guter Qualität. Auch die elektrischen Geräte waren in einem guten und sauberen Zustand. Ein Plus sind die Waschmaschine und Trockner von Bosch (da macht waschen im Urlaub Spaß:-)) ). Für mich als Kaffeetrinker war das vorhandensein einer Nespresso Maschine perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Fabrice war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und schnell. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!Wir werden unseren erholsamen Urlaub bei Mamie Leone im Herzen behalten...

Malgré un peu de fraicheur, le soleil présent ,nous a permis de manger en terrasse et de nous baigner dans la piscine chauffée ... Région à voir absolument ( pont du gard , Uzes , anduze...)

Französische Umarmung im Bistro Mamie Leone

Ankommen und den Urlaub geniessen! Das Mamie Leone transportiert die Orignal-Einrichtung des früheren Café du Midi im Ort auf liebevolle Weise in die Gegenwart und gibt uns als Urlaubern das Gefühl „mittendrin“ mit einem Schuß Retro zu sein. Der Gastraum verströmt authentische Bistro-Atmosphäre - Entspannung pur. Das Obergeschoss für bis zu 6 Kinder ist ein Traum und verströmt Ferienlager-Atmosphäre. Da will man wieder Kind sein :-) 2 geräumige Schlafräume für Erwachsene, bequeme Betten, alles top. Wie immer in Frankreich, sollte Fliegengitter mitbringen, wer sensibel auf Mücken reagiert. Kostet 5 € und gehört in jedes Reisegepäck. Pool und Garten bieten alle Möglichkeiten auch wechselndes Wetter zu genießen: Überdachte Remise bei feuchtem Wetter, Terrasse mit begrünter Pergola spendet Schatten, hübsche Holzplanken-Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden und ein beheizter Pool mit 28 Grad C. Mehr kann man nicht wollen. Auf einem großen privaten Parkplatz hinter einem Schiebetor ist der Pkw blickgeschützt und sicher abgestellt, Elektroladestation ist vorhanden. Mamie Leone ist im heimlichen gesellschaftlichen Zentrum von Lézan gelegen. Bäcker, Tabac, Mini-Markt, Boule-Platz und Markt (sonntags, 6 Stände für den täglichen Bedarf) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dank der geschickten Anordnung ist das nie störend aber bei Bedarf sehr angenehm. Für Radler führt eine voie verte direkt vorbei. So ist man schnell und sicher an schönen Startpunkten. Eines der besten Ferienhäuser unserer Zeit!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison ! La déco nous plongeait vraiment dans l'ambiance bistro. La piscine a été très appréciée par toute la famille! Belle propriété très intime!Au calme mais proche de commerces essentiels ! Maison très confortable !Elle est surprenante mais c’est ce qui fait son charme et la décoration est de très bon goût !! Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison. Le cadre est parfait. On se sent à la fois dans un vieux café de l époque et en même temps dans une maison très confortable. La proximité des champs de vignes à perte de vue et le marché du dimanche rajouté au charme. Fabrice a été un hôte parfait et très réactif. Nous reviendrons !

Un vrai petit coin de paradis

La maison est encore plus jolie qu’en photos. La décoration est très soignée, jusqu’au moindre détail, sans toutefois rien sacrifier au confort. L’atmosphère est très chaleureuse. Tout est vraiment pensé pour que les hôtes profitent pleinement de leur séjour. Mention spéciale au dortoir des enfants et à la mezzanine avec le baby-foot et les jeux en bois. Des petits commerces à quelques minutes à pieds permettent de se ravitailler facilement. Fabrice est très réactif, avec plein de bon conseils pour visiter le coin. Un séjour idyllique.

Nous avons passé un week-end entre amies qui était parfait ! La météo n’était pas au rendez vous mais la maison de Fabrice est incroyable. Son accueil, réactivité et aide tout au long du séjour ont été très appréciés ! Je n’hésiterai pas un moment à revenir !

Mamie Leone : Le paradis !

Un vrai coin de Paradis ! Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette charmante maison restauré comme un ancien bar. Nous étions cinq amis, nous avons profité de la piscine tous les jours, tous est pensé pour qu'on s'y sente à notre mieux. La maison en elle-même est absolument superbe, décorée à la perfection, extrêmement bien équipée. Enfin Fabrice est un hôte remarquable, extrêmement attentionnés, très réactif et toujours à disposition. Nous envisageons très sérieusement revenir l'année prochaine, tant notre séjour fut parfait !

Une ambiance unique.

Le petit déjeuner au soleil du matin, l'apéro au soleil du soir, le déjeuner à l'ombre de la pergola, la terrasse de mamie Léone est un lieu de bien être et de convivialité. L'ambiance café vous emmène à une autre époque mais la piscine vous rappelle que vous êtes en vacances.

Séjour hyper agréable. La maison est propre, stylée et le silence est absolu. Le patio soulevé sur la piscine est pratiquement une pièce supplémentaire qui permet de se régaler avec les produits alimentaires locaux. Tout y est pour passer un superlatif séjour au calme.

Très belle demeure

Le Bistrot est impeccable avec aucune faute de gout. Nous avons passé, avec 2 familles, de bons moments. Un poêlle a bois a même été rajoutez, il a été très apprécié après une ballade dans les Cévennes.

Bonheur entre amis

Ce fut un week end parfait au bistrot de Mamie Léone. La rénovation est juste sublime et les meubles, miroirs, et objets soigneusement chinés sont parfaits. Le dortoir nous a rappelé nos soirées pyjamas et le comptoir dans le salon est vraiment le gros plus du lieu; Cette maison respire le bonheur et on se sent de suite comme à la maison en mieux . Nous avons tous été enchantés par les lieux et aimerions bien garder l' adresse secrete et surtout revenir vite . Merci encore pour votre confiance et gentillesse ; A trés bientôt . Great place and nice person

We stayed with two families (four adults and three children) in Lézan. The house is very nice renovated with passion for details. The pool has a reasonable size for two families and the landlord (Fabice) is very friendly and helpful.

C'est la deuxième année que nous venons chez Mamie Leone avec nos deux filles. Un coin de paradis ou le temps s’arrête....Un accueil des plus chaleureux de Fabrice et Sylvie, une région magnifique à découvrir et surtout un endroit unique et magique que l'on n'a plus envie de quitter tellement on s'y s'en bien....
