It’s a 2 storey gated community w with key access and public transportation 24 hours.
The co owner Jean lives in the property with a housekeeper. Breakfast and special arrangements can be made such as renting the owners car , airport pickup and drop off or tricycle pickup
Cooking is allowed as long as cleanup is done afterwards.
Smoking , drugs and all illegal activities are not allowed inside the property
Property does not have beach front / beach access or swimming pool. Several beach resorts offers day use of 20-30 USD that includes all day use of their beach / swimming facilities inclusive of lunch buffet.
All payments are in US Dollars and we will check for valid ID upon check in
