With tons of space and luxury amenities, this Park City Empire Escape has everything larger groups will need to make their vacation supreme. It offers 3,900 square feet over four levels, five bedrooms, and five and a half bathrooms. It can easily accommodate up to 20 guests.

The location of this home is awesome. You can walk to Historic Main Street with its many restaurants, shops and nightlife, as well as to Park City Mountain Resort. Also just a couple of minutes away is City Park that has playgrounds, skateboard park, tennis courts and playing fields galore!

Living Room: Mountain contemporary furnishings around a soaring gas fireplace, and a 60” Smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped and has high-end appliances and touches such as a six-burner Viking gas range. There's a kitchen bar, which is a great place for a cup of coffee or quick snack. Step out onto the adjacent deck for the views and a BBQ grill.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the Dining Room table.

Bedrooms:
Grand Master Suite (Level 4)- King size bed, day bed, and a lovey sitting area. There's also a 50” TV for your enjoyment. In the private bathroom, you will find dual sinks a separate shower and jetted tub.
Master Bedroom 2 (Level 2) - King bed, 55'' Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a private bath with dual sinks, jetted tub, and a tile shower.
Bedroom 3 Bunk Room (Level 1) - Two Twin over Twin Bunk beds, private bath, and patio access.
Master Bedroom 4 (Level 1) - Queen bed, daybed with pull out trundle, 50'' Smart TV, private bath, and patio access. Private bath includes; dual sinks and tub/shower combination.

Amazing house with everything we needed for our trip! The kitchen was well stocked for making dinners for our large group and all the beds were really comfortable. Only issue we had was with the heated driveway, but they came out quickly to address issue. The location is great with walking distance to downtown and ski lifts!

We were a party of 13 and stayed for a week. Great place! Great location, a few blocks away from the slopes. Very spacious and well equipped. We had some issues with the heating but owner responded quickly and solved them. I definitely recommend this place and would would stay again in this house

Large Comfortable Rental

I stayed at this house with myself and 9 friends. We had more than enough space, and did not feel cramped at all. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was super easy. We walked back and forth to town all weekend, and it was a very enjoyable easy walk. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone coming to the area!

This was an amazing property to stay at and such a great location. It was clean and had plenty of space for all of my guests. The only thing I could comment on was the inconsistency of cooling throughout the house (very hot upstairs and extremely cold in the lower levels). The management staff was very responsive to our questions and inquiries. I highly recommend this property!
