Location parfaitement conforme à sa description. Logement très propre, rassurant en cette période, très bien situé en plein centre ville mais à la fois très calme, grand parking en souterrain, produits de 1ère nécessité fournis, lits faits à l'arrivée et pour cela un grand merci à Christine pour son formidable accueil, sa gentillesse et ses conseils pour les visites.

Location non recommandable

A l'arrivée, adresse indiquée dans l'annonce fausse. Ce n° n'existe pas dans cette rue. En fait il s'agit d'une rue en contrebas. Grand terrasse mais sans visibilité, mûr de végétation en face de la baie vitrée sans aucune perspective. Seule fait positif, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre et 2 minutes du parc Mauresque, également tout est fourni, linge draps produits entretien. Wifi payante, 20 euros la semaine, alors en restant 4 nuits, c'est 20 euros également, s'inscrire directement sur le site de la résidence car en fait vous n'êtes pas dans une copropriété mais dans une résidence hôtelière. On ne peut communiquer avec le personnel de cette résidence. D'autre part, mauvaise gestion car pas suffisamment de couverture à cette saison, douchette baignoire inutilisable. Heureusement la personne qui sert d'intermédiaire est très dévouée. Le propriétaire nous a tout de même dédommagé en nous offrant du vin pour compenser notre mécontentement. Je ne recommande pas.

Zentrale Lage und umfassende Ausstattung.

Eine großzügige Ferienwohnung mit bester zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Selbst Kleinigkeiten fehlen nicht. Sogar Tee und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Christine die für alle Fragen zur Verfügung steht ist sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Trotz der zentralen Lage sind alle Räume sehr ruhig. Selbst bei geöffneten Fenstern ist kein Verkehrslärm spürbar. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit großzügiger Breite. Da wir seit vielen Jahren Arcachon besuchen können wir sagen, dass diese Unterkunft in beinahe allen Belangen das beste Angebot war. Vielen Dank an Christine für ihre unkomplizierte und freundliche Art.

Appartement très propre, calme, bien équipé (dont wifi, et garage réservé dans le sous sol de l'immeuble). Situation très centrale. Un grand merci à Christine pour son accueil : vous n'avez qu'à poser vos valises et les vacances commencent : les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, linge de maison dispo, produits de base présents en grand nombre, rien ne manque ! Ponctualité à l'arrivée comme au départ. Arcachon est génial hors saison pour faire des ballades à pied, en vélo ou en voiture puisqu'on se gare partout sans problème, pas d'embouteillage .......et la location est bien moins chère, profitez-en !!
