Great appartment on a terrific spot

This is a very nice appartment two minutes on foot from Transarc ski lift in Les Arcs, bakeries, supermarket etc. It has everything you need for your holiday. Our only griefs are that we spent a lot of time figuring out where to park the car, where to get the keys and where to put the ski's, it felt a bit like an escape room. Some good maps would help a lot. Arrival procedure at Arc 1800 main gate (the village is one large paid parking terrain but you'll get a private parking spot for free with this appartment) was different than communicated so that caused some inconvenience as well. We were put off a bit by the fact that the host made us pay a few hundred euro's for leaving a stain on the X year old stove, I think that's a bit wild.

La résidence est très agréable et très bien placée fidèle à l’annonce. Juste un point la hauteur du parking n’est pas renseignée et peut être intéressante à connaître quand on a une voiture haute.

Séjour Décembre 2023 - Janvier 2024 magnifique

Beaucoup d’éléments très positifs : - agencement de l’appartement et son niveau de fournitures (sèche-chaussures fantastique !) - vue magnifique - accessibilité de l’appartement (2 étages au dessus du rez de chaussée) permet de s’affranchir des ascenseurs aux heures de pointe ou en cas de panne. - parking dans la résidence - proximité du domaine skiable (10 minutes du chalet ESF / 5 minutes du Transarc sans effort) - proximité des commerces. - grande réactivité des hôtes à toute question. Tout dans cette location a contribué à rendre notre séjour parfait. Aucun bémol. On aimerait toujours tomber sur des locations très qualitative comme celle-ci.

Semaine aux Arcs pendant les vacances scolaires

Excellent appartement, très très bien situé, très bien conçu, parfait pour 6 (2 adultes, 4 ados). Super domaine skiable, temps d'attente très raisonnable (max 20min) malgré la très haute saison. Très bons contacts avec la propriétaire en amont de notre venue. Seul bémol, il manque un plan de la station précisant le lieu de la résidence et l'accès au parking (difficile de nuit de se retrouver lorsque l'on ne connait pas la station). De même, il faut impérativement un plan montrant où se situe la boîte pour récupérer les clefs en cas d'arrivée tardive. Nous avons bien eu un appel téléphonique mais la description (première boutique à côté de l'ESF) ne permet pas de se retrouver : la boîte est à 50m de l'ESF, mais pas au même niveau (10m plus bas), donc nous cherchions au mauvais endroit. Heureusement, nous avons bénéficié de la bienveillance d'une restauratrice pour nous guider car après 30 min à errer nous n'avions pas trouvé. Cela n'altère la qualité de notre séjour. Je recommande fortement.

L'appartement est très bien situé à 200 m des pistes et d'un centre commercial. La qualité de l'accueil sur place par le gestionnaire de l'appartement est irréprochable, et communication avec la propriétaire très aisée. Je recommande cet appartement.

Parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Cet appartement est parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Plutôt bien agencé. A l'étage il faut juste noter que la hauteur sous plafond et plutôt réduite mais après un ou deux réveil trop énergique vous ne ferez plus l'erreur de ne pas baisser la tête.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un très belle semaine avec des conditions de ski formidables. L’appartement est très bien placé, le parking couvert est un plus. L’appartement est très fonctionnel. Seul bémol: le local et le casier à ski sont très humides, cela ne permet pas de faire sécher les chaussures. Le casier mériterait également un minimum d’agencement pour être plus fonctionnel.
