Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this three bedroom, three bath residence located at Windward Point in the Sea Palms Golf Course Community.

The welcoming foyer of this unit opens up to a spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas which lead out to a covered balcony with views of the marsh and the Windward Point gated pool. A split bedroom floor plan allows for privacy and the master bedroom offers spectacular marsh views.

You will also enjoy gorgeous sunrises and marvelous eastern marsh views while looking out toward Sea Island. It is very private and quiet. There are nine foot ceilings as well as carpet and tile floors throughout. Windward Point places you just steps away from The Public House Restaurant and a beautiful 18 hole marsh view golf course.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Parking is provided for 2 vehicles

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs and 1 DVD player located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Bedding Includes:
1 - King
1 - Queen
2 - Twin

NOTE: No Grilling on Property
No trailers of any kind are allowed on the property.

• Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

Wedding Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying here with our Family while we were in St. Simon for a wedding. The accommodations were exactly what our family was looking for, clean, comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view. We also loved that we were able to walk right next door to the club for a great affordable lunch. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Exactly as advertised

Stayed for 4 days in May while visiting family in the area. Lovely condo with everything we needed. Place was clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting outside. Didn’t get a chance to use the complex pool but looked nice.

Pictures are correct not photo shopped. Only a few suggestions TV needed in third bedroom, Some form covering for the front door entrance you can look straight in, a dark curtain for the living room, and finally clean the pool and some lights around the pool. Overall great stay, I would return here and definitely suggest this property to others. Location was great close enough for eating and short drive to the beaches, East Beach was the best.

Perfect Little Condo

Super cute place on St. Simons Island close to everything. I missed the instructions that i had to pick up a key at a rental.place 15 minutes away, i am so used to all rentals having smart locks. Not a problem, just pointing out for potential guests. Loved our stay, would recommend to anyone!

Work took me to St. Simons for a few days, so I brought some family with me. We loved this condo. So clean and so bright. Great views. Super comfy beds. Nice neighborhood on the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of parking, watch out for the little crabs at the front in the morning or you will have them in the condo. Front door could use a curtain or blind so others can't look in. Also a darker curtain for living room. But overall stay was great! Everything was pretty close far as places to eat and the beaches.

It is clean, spacious and well appointed.
