Looking for the pleasant climate of the Riviera in any season, our apartment awaits you! it is a 75m2 F3 equipped for 4 / 6p in a luxury residence on the seafront with a terrace of 35m2 (orientation South and East, garden furniture, sunbathing, awning), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. bath (one with bath, the other with shower), a well equipped kitchen, a large living room with a convertible corner sofa for your guests and independent toilets; it has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay on the French Riviera: induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, freezer, Senseo, TV, cot and high chair, lounge garden, sunbathing, free WIFI, air conditioning ...
Shops, restaurants nearby and Provencal market 3 times a week at the foot of the residence.

Fantastic experience

The flat is spacious, extremely well located and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony giving sea views and mountain views. Being on the seafront for us was brilliant as we had with us our 3 children (under 5 years old), and it facilitated our holiday perfectly. The flat itself is completely as it is described. Our train down was delayed by over an hour, but check-in was trouble free. We very much enjoyed our stay, and we would absolutely stay again. Thanks for having us.

L’appartement est très bien situé et permet d’aller de saint Raphaël à port Fréjus. Le marché est en bas de l’immeuble 3 fois par semaine et le marché nocturne commence également en bas de l’appartement tous les soir.

Super Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Balkon in einer gepflegten Immobilie

Auch im Winter ist die Côte d’Azur eine Reise wert, besonders, wenn man eine so angenehme Unterkunft hat. Schon das Frühstück auf dem herrlichen Balkon in der Morgensonne lässt den Tag entsprechend beginnen! Fazit: Einfach top!

Wiederholungssüchtig :-)

wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen, allerdings mussten wir wiederholt zuerst im Bad und der Küche sauber machen, und im Schlafzimmer hatte es am Boden ganze Staubwullen liegen - ansonsten liegt diese Wohnung hervorragend und alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen sicherlich nocheinmal hierher zurück !!

des vacances très reposantes

La vue était à couper le souffle à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Plusieurs nuits, nous avons regardé les vagues de la mer. Nous avons regardé et apprécié ce qui se passait pendant les marchés hebdomadaires d'en haut. L'appartement est très grand et beau et parfaitement meublé. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Mooi appartement direct aan het strand

Mooi ruim en goed verzorgd. Alles wat men nodig heeft is voorhanden. Wij waren met een rolstoel alleen als men nog iets kan lopen is dit toegankelijk via 3 trappen buiten en 1 trap in de centrale hal voor je bij de lift bent. De rolstoel moet dus gedragen worden, of via de parkeergarage en steile helling door de bergingen naar de lift. Verder prima vakantie gehad
