Beautiful cottage entirely of wood in the heart of the Natural Park of Lake Forest East. Large living / dining room with large picture window on terrace and garden. In winter the stove will decorate your evenings. A variety of activities are available: Golf, horseback riding, biking, hiking, sailing .... The chalet is near the lake (1 km from the beach) and near Troyes (20 km) and the outlet stores and its medieval town center.

Goede basic accommodatie in mooie omgeving

Prettige aankomst: we konden eerder in de gite dan gepland en de eigenaar heeft ons daarover heel netjes een berichtje gestuurd. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die uitleg gaf over de gite en de omgeving. De inrichting was basic (ik miste wel een elektrische waterkoker!), schoonmaak mag iets beter. Het enige nadeel: het huidje is nogal donker (weinig ramen + veel en hoge bomen, geen zon in de tuin) en daardoor moet 24 uur het licht aan. Voelt ook niet prettig. Prachtige omgeving met de meren. We hebben veel gefietst en de strandjes aan het meer waren heel fijn. Ook een dagje naar Troyes is een aanrader.

beau logement bien placé

Logement joliment aménagé, avec des chambres et un séjour assez grand (à 4 on tous de la place et c'est très agréable !) Très bien placé pour profiter de la vélovoie des grands lacs. Accueil du propriétaire très agréable et très serviable. Des bémols cependant : l'insonorisation entre le rdc et les chambres à l'étage est inexistant, même la lumière passe entre les étages (il faut donc impérativement vivre au même rythme). Le poêle à granules chauffe très bien mais avec un bruit de soufflerie pas très reposant. L'équipement de la cuisine mériterait quelques améliorations (à minima une grande casserole ou un "faitout" et des assiettes qui rentrent dans le micro-onde !)

Très bon accueil ,très sympathique de la part d 'Olivier; il nous a très bien renseignés, pour la découverte de cette belle région .Il est à l'écoute et est disponible , sans être intrusif . We had a pleasant stay in this charming gite. It is a 20-minute drive from the beautiful old town of Troyes. We should have taken our bikes with us: in the area, along the Lac d'Orient, beautiful bike rides are possible over free cycle paths. The owner is friendly and very helpful.

Empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und ließ sich viel Zeit bei der Wohnungs-Übergabe. Er wohnt unmittelbar bei der Ferienwohnung und war immer sofort zur Stelle. An- und Abreise konnten wir flexibel gestalten. Die Ausstattung war genau wie beschrieben. Viel Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Betten waren durchweg gut. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und jederzeit hier wieder Urlaub machen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, sehr nahe zum Lac D'Orient mit Sandstrand. Jeden morgen hält ein mobiler Bäcker mit frischem Baguette vor der Tür. Die Stadt Troyes erreicht man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Hier gibt es viel zu sehen, Museen und eine malerische Altstadt nicht nur mit Fachwerkhäusern. Ideal auch für Urlaub mit dem Fahrrad.

un petit chalet à 2 pas de troyes

Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Idéal pour un couple, bel écran TV. Escalier menant aux 2 chambres un peu raide mais praticable sauf pour handicapé. Région du lac d'orient et autres lacs à explorer avec tous ses oiseaux hivernant. Le calme et les grands espaces pour soi tout seul, à recommander. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Superbe chalet en bois dans la nature

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce gite proche du lac d'Orient. Le gite est tout récent et entièrement en bois. Le chauffage est aux pellets de bois, donc parfaitement écologique. Le propriétaire nous a très bien reçus. A recommander sans hésitation, très agréable et propre, dépaysant, reposant...
