Come relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and this wonderful community called The Rock adjacent to the Red Mt Ranch clubhouse!
This 2350 sf fully furnished townhome has 4 bedrooms (2 up/2 down) + loft with sleeping area and 3.5 baths. Sleeps 8 adults plus extra sleeping space for children. Lower level master suite has a king bed, dresser, rocker, nightstand and 55-inch HDTV. There is a 5 piece en suite bath and large walk-in closet that is shared with the other lower level bedroom/den. This bedroom has a twin bed, chest of drawers and desk. There is also a 1/2 bath on the lower level. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, blender and numerous condiments. The living/dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a reclining sofa and loveseat, coffee and end tables, table lamps, and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a 65” HDTV and DVD player in the living area. A small patio off the living area with table and 4 chairs and a gas BBQ grill leads out to the shared pool/spa area. The upper level has 2 master suites each with full en suite baths, walk-in closets, decks with views, and TV’s. One suite has a king bed and the other has a queen and 2 twin beds with chest of drawers and nightstands/lamps.
All bedrooms/baths are furnished with linens and towels. Between the 2 upper suites is a large loft with a daybed and trundle. There is also a queen air mattress for extra sleeping space on the floor as well as a baby mattress. The loft also has a computer desk, chair and a kitchenette with mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender and toaster. All utilities, cable TV, and wireless internet are also provided for your use. 2-car attached garage and full-size washer/dryer.

Parking permitted in 2-car garage only. No driveway or common area street parking allowed. Overflow parking is very close but outside the gate.

Fantastic location across the street from the golf course. Just a 5 minute drive and you are out of town in a great hiking area along the Salt River. There is also desert hiking withing walking distance. Quiet neighborhood with an occasional coyote trotting down the street! Lots of room for guests. Nice hot tub in courtyard. 3 mountain views from balconies.

Golf trip to Arizona

Property was perfect! Close to everything we needed including spectacular golf courses. Home was clean and tidy with lots of room. Having the hot tub and swimming pool right behind our home was very convenient. Janis was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend and hope to return again in the near future

Very pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood

We had a lovely 6 night stay here. We were very grateful to find a townhouse with enough space for our large family group. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and things to use which saved on eating out. The hot tub is close in the back so that was very nice. Check in was easy and so was check out. Communication before we arrived and while we were there was good. We appreciate having a nice homey place to stay. I would stay there again :)

Disappointed that there were no NEW bars of soap in showers. Simply not acceptable to use someone else’s bar. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property. Great location. Mesa is an awesome place!

Great property, great hot tub, golfing across the street, clean, quiet neighborhood. It does have stairs to bedrooms which can be difficult for older people. The upstairs queen and twin beds could be upgraded as they were hard to sleep on. Suggest putting a nice king in there also. Bathrooms were great, garage was handy, Laundry was great.

Everything was great and very spacious. We went on an old guys golf outing and this was a great location! Only issue was that an upstairs door wasn't locked properly upon our arrival and the wind was blowing really hard. The cleaners probably failed to lock it. No big deal for us but it did break the outside sconce (sp) light cover! We would definitely come back!!!

Perfect Place for Our Family

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. My adult children and grandchildren were very comfortable with the right kind of space for each little family unit to even have their own bathroom in their bedroom. Janis was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating to our needs. If we are ever in the area again we won’t hesitate to choose this listing.

Great location for golfing, dining, shopping, and other activities. The rental is a great size for large groups. The VRBO needs to update mattresses, furniture, dryer, linens, and towels. Cleanliness could be better.

Spacious but disappointed

The host was very nice, but we were all taken back on the overall lack of necessary maintenance the property lacked and the cleanliness condition of the property. There was old hair on the floors in the upstairs bathrooms and throughout the house. Some were in clumps. The home needed a deep clean as the ceiling fans, blinds, and other living areas were thick with dust and it was very noticeable. The WiFi kept dropping, the fridge filter change light was on, many blinds were broken and did not work/open, and the bed pillows were stained with brown stains and had a blood spot to name a few. We also found a blood stain on a comforter on the bed. The dryer did not dry the clothes and we had to run 3 cycles to dry anything. The home was very spacious and and in a lovely area, but it could use some updates and a better cleaning, especially for the daily rate charged and the cleaning fee charged.

Exceptional Golf getaway location

We traveled from Toronto over the US thanksgiving break for a golf getaway. House was in perfect location. Very close to exceptional golf (Raven, Wekopa, Longbow and Las Sendas), as well Red Mountain Golf right across the street. House was very clean and had 4 nice bed rooms so everyone had own room. Pool and Hot tub literally in back yard. Very close to restaurants as well. All in all a great stay and definitely would go back.

Perfect Property for our Stay

Our parents live in the Red Mountain Ranch neighborhood, but don't have room for my family and my sister's family to stay. This home had plenty of beds, great space and perfect location for us. The beds are super comfortable and it's quiet. When Janis found out the association pool would be under construction while we were there, she got us a pass to the Country Club pool which we enjoyed. The home was well provisioned and we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend!

Great location and property

My family stayed for a baseball tournament in the Phoenix area and this place was a gem. Although there were a few things that didn't work perfectly for us (garage is small and didn't fit the SUV), the owners had alternative parking very very close. The neighbors are friendly and the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is great. Has everything you need to make your stay fantastic. There were extra bedding and towels if you need them, close proximity to the pool and hot tub (which we used and enjoyed) and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook and prepare meals! We will definitely consider moving our yearly trip to this home! Thanks again for allowing us to make it ours for a few nights.

If you have a large group this is the place to be. Lots of room to spread out.

We had 3 couples staying at this location. We each had our own bedroom with private bath. The property is located in a gated community so it was very quite, with a pool and hot tub right out the back door. One thing I particularly liked was the owner sent us an email to ensure everything went well when we checked in, very nice. the inside of the home was very spacious with plenty of room to get together or we could go off to our room for quite time. I would recommend this property.

I’m a retired ESL teacher and my husband is retired from financial services. We live in Colorado (our permanent home) but enjoy spending the winter months in Arizona. We love to travel and often rent out our Mesa townhome for several weeks or longer to explore other places.

Why they chose this property

Red Mt. Ranch is a lovely country club location with golf open for public play. The Rock townhome complex with only 22 units is adjacent to the clubhouse. We are very close to national forest desert areas like Saguaro Lake and the Superstition Mts. yet equally close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Loop 202 provides quick access to all areas of the valley. Our townhome has a unique floor plan with 3 private bedrooms each with its own en suite bath plus a 4th bedroom/den and large loft for extra sleeping space. Thus it comfortably accommodates large groups.

What makes this property unique

With 3 en-suite bedrooms plus a 4th twin bedroom and loft, there is plenty of space for multiple families to share the property yet have privacy. The kitchenette in the loft allows those in the upper suites to have their own breakfast nook. Decks off both upper suites give guests private outdoor space as well.
