A cheerful, sun-filled family getaway, Julia's Carriage House features a cozy bunk area with three twin beds, a private loft with a queen bed and a full bath. Along with these great sleeping arrangements, Julia’s Carriage House features a kitchenette which includes a four-burner flat cooktop, dishwasher, mini fridge and microwave. Perfect for a small family!

Julia's Carriage is located a short walk from downtown Rosemary Beach, the St. Augustine Green, Butterfly Park and the Cabana Pool.

Great getaway!

Julia's carriage house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend! The living room was a great space to hangout. Bedrooms didn't have much room besides the beds themselves, but for a long weekend this was exactly what we needed. And the location was perfect. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect stay!

This was the perfect place for me and my fiancé to stay for our trip to celebrate our engagement! The location is great and was bigger than other carriage houses I've stay in before in Rosemary. We would gladly stay here again!

This location was PERFECT to walk to beach, shopping/food, and the pool. The bunk room was a tad smaller than I anticipated but it worked perfectly for us. Not a lot of closet space and fridge space, but we didn’t need much room... just be aware of that when packing to come here. Love, love, love this little carriage house. We could have fit a person more comfortably. Location was my favorite part!

We walked / rode bikes everywhere! Couldn't have picked a better location! We loved the cute carriage house as well, perfect size for the two of us on our babymoon!

Our stay at Julia’s Carriage House was wonderful for our girls trip! Great location. Can walk to everything so easily. The check in process was seamless and communication with the rental company was great. The house was in good condition and clean. We definitely will be back!

Great Location

Location is great! Fridge is very tiny so be prepared to bring a cooler with ice. Shower also leaks water everywhere.

Great space

We love Rosemary carriage houses, but this one is an especially good use of space. The living area is big with plenty of seating, including dining table for four. The bunk room is awesome and gives privacy from the bedroom upstairs. Comfortable and roomy for a family of 4. Super close to the center of Rosemary, so great location.
