Négatif : appartement mal isolé car ancien (1966), donc bruyant et froid. Avec température à -15 extérieur la chambre du fond et sdb ne dépassaient pas 16 degrés radiateurs au Max Le sol mériterait un relooking La robinetterie sdb et cuisine capricieuse et donc à changer Point positif : Emplacement près du centre Très belle Vue du balcon Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé en électroménager La concierge très accueillante et aimable Parking

Ancienne résidence, la plus ancienne de la station de la Rosière mais appartement au top ; tout le nécessaire est présent ; literie confortable, vue imprenable, cuisine très bien équipée, et tout offert dans un état de propreté remarquable. Merci à M. Schmitt pour toutes ses indications très claires et complètes ; merci à la gardienne pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Le tout pour un prix très compétitif à cette période de l'année (première quinzaine d'août).

Good size, lovely views

Well managed, good communication, accurately described, lovely views and a good size for a family of 4. Glad we had winter tyres to get out the driveway and uphill after heavy snowfall.

Appartement tout confort dans station très agréable.

L’appartement est spacieux, confortable, parfaitement équipé. Il est a env. 5’ à pied de la Maison du ski où on peut louer un casier (attention à le louer avant le début du séjour). Le propriétaire est très réactif et transmets toutes les informations en avance et très clairement. Cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle, magnifique vue, nous avons découvert cette station de ski, nous y reviendrons, c’est sûr.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable courant mars 2017 dans l'appartement de Monsieur Schmitt. Celui-ci est spacieux (2 vraies chambres) et lumineux, la vue du séjour est magnifique, le balcon est très agréable, la cuisine est bien équipée et ouverte sur le séjour. Le sol est recouvert de dalles de pierres, il peut un peu surprendre cependant il est fait de matériaux naturels de la région. La salle de bain est vintage mais très propre. Mr Schmitt a toujours été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions via internet et la concierge est très agréable et disponible. Nous recommandons cette appartement qui est un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Appartement bien situé à 5 min des pistes de la rosière centre. Les chambres sont grandes. Très belle vue sur les montagnes. Mr schmitt a toujours été disponible et réactif à nos demandes. Bref super séjour à recommander !

Bonjour, Tout d'abord nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Pour la 3 années consécutive nous partons à la Rosière. C'est la première que nous louons cet appartement et il est tout simplement conforme à la description et aux photos, propre et bien équipée, avec une vue magnifique. M. Schmitt le propriétaire toujours joignable (mails, sms). Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Si vous voulez manger de la bonne charcuterie aller chez Robert (50 métre de la résidence) prêt service a raclette (merci a M. Schmitt pour cette information). Seul petit problème les voisins du dessus bruyant.............. Nous recommandons sans aucun problème ce bien. M. Kebbi, Mme Viriato

Lovely apartment, spacious, clean, great views

We had lovely holiday in this great apartment. Daniel provided great customer service and gave us lots of helpful information. La Rosiere is a perfect location for summer walking in the Alps and I fully recommend this property - spacious, great view and well equipped.

SUMMER IN LA ROSIÈRE IS BEAUTIFUL TOO: GOOD WALKING, HIKING, MOUNTAINBIKING. IT'S ONLY A SHORT DRIVE TO ITALY OVER THE PETIT ST BERNARD PASS WITH FAMOUS ALPINE BOTANICAL GARDEN 'LA CHANOUSIA' AND THE LAKE VERNEY.
