Wrap yourself in the comforting warmth of this home, which features an all-wood interior and a gas fireplace that rises to the ceiling. Curl up during the winter and watch some cable TV or a Blu-ray. You'll also have free WiFi to keep you connected and the central AC will keep you cool in the summer. Other bonuses are the pool and air hockey tables, and you can pack light thanks to the private washer/dryer. The private gas grill will keep you well-fed on those nights you'd rather not make a mess in the full kitchen, and after dinner, relax on the lovely wraparound deck or gather at the outdoor firepit and partake of some stargazing.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Age-appropriate games for younger guests are included.
The gas fireplace is available mid-September through mid-April only.
WiFi drops offline frequently here in the mountains.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
