Everything we needed at a great location

The house was nicely furnished and comfortable. We made use of the grill and the golf cart. The house sits near like 4 pools so you have your pick!. Easy golf cart ride to Brownwood Square. Great location!

Host communicated well, house as described. Met all our needs. The only small issue was the golf cart provided made a loud noise due to the front wheels being messed up. The host did state that the golf cart was as is, no promises. We drove it but it would have been perfect except for that.

The home, location and property management was positive experience. Well appointed guest accommodations overall. The one drawback was the quality of the golf cart. Though property management did arrange for it to be checjed, the tires screeched when transitioning to different types of pavement and overall shaky with subpar function. We were fortunate to have friends nearby for transportation for distances. If a golf cart is not a deciding factor in choosing a property, absolutely recommend without reservation.

Great place to stay

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property. They replaced the carpet with simulated wood floors and this was a great improvement. They also have a fire stick for the TV now which is nice. In the description they list a coffee maker but there is also a Keurig. We love the convenience to Brownwood as well as grocery stores and shopping. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Guest bedroom needs dressers there were none and our guests had to hang their clots or lay thme on desk and stools. also can use lighting in bedrooms they have lamps but hard to figure out if they are worked by the light switch or you have to turn them on. There were fans in every room which was nice but Im not sure why they didnt get fans with lights on them to simplify the lighting and make it was nice they had regular coffee maker and Kurig but you should state that in your house discrition we called the host and they said no Kurig so we brought cans of coffee instead of the pods we wanted to use. The new floor was nice and the golf cart was nice. I would recommend this and for sure they need to get dressers in the guest room.

The home had a very comfortable feel about it, was impeccably clean, nicely decorated, and had plenty of linens and towels. The home was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We loved the location! Brownwood was a 12 minute golf cart away, the Sarasota Practice Range was 12 minutes in the opposite direction. Groceries were available in either direction. The Bradenton Rec Center and pool were literally down the street. We walked each morning to buy a newspaper. It was a great way to start each day.The house would benefit by having a broiler pan in the kitchen. We ended up going to the local kitchen store to buy some cheap broiler racks since there was otherwise no way to grill anything. And, there was a light burned out in the kitchen ceiling that we reported to the management company but the bulb was never changed. The kitchen would have benefited by having more light. We had a slight problem with the TV when we first arrived but that was corrected immediately after we reported it.I would definitely stay in this home again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. We can't say enough about how central the location is to everything.

Clean, Quiet and Easy to Live In House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a solid, clean, quiet and well maintained house. The cooling system worked perfectly in the heat, all appliances worked well. There were plenty of towels, linens, huge amount of closet space, spacious rooms, high ceilings and nice decor; comfortable lanai (sun in early AM only, so by noon, lanai was in the shade). We had some interactions with the property management company, and all questions were dealt with in a timely manner; owner immediately upgraded the cable service (from local channels only) when we requested it. The only comment I have is the location. I am a walker and the only place to walk was on the sidewalk along any street. Unfortunately all the beautiful areas are in golf courses and off limits to non-golfers. With no golf cart, and very few places to park the car by the few walkways open to the public, our walking was confined to a small area. Lake Sumter Square had very nice boardwalks to walk on; Brownwood (closest to this rental), is still being developed; Spanish Springs is nice, but about 25 minutes away. If golfing is your entertainment of choice or if you love The Villages, this is a good location and a very nice house!If we could have split the review-we would give the house 5 stars and the location 2 stars!
