The property is a nice size and very comfortable. The beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi is wonderful!And, we couldn’t ask for a better host. Eddy is so welcoming. Thank you Eddy for treating us so well! And, you loved our almost 10 year old golden retriever (we thinks she’s pretty wonderful too)! Thank you for being such a great and welcoming host.

This property is updated, immaculate, and offers privacy. Well appointed throughout

The house and pool area were all largely as described. The open floor plan and 3 bedrooms made it a great home to accommodate many friends and family members who came to visit during our long stay in the PS area. We appreciated the 2 car garage and the very regular and polite guys who maintained the pool and yard. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed very quickly. Great communication! Love the local park down the street The homeowners can’t be blamed for the frequent wind and sandstorms that kept us inside and out of the pool on several occasions. We will recommend this location to others.

I really enjoyed my 3 month stay at this house. So much so that I already booked this property for next year. The house was in very good, clean condition upon arrival. There is a nice formal dining area and formal living room. The kitchen was bright, clean and very well equipped with everything you need to cook. It was well equipped with appliances. The kitchen opens to a den to make a great living space. The back has a lanai that opens to a perfect private pool and hot tub. I am going to miss this place but look forward to coming back. It can get a little windy in winter and spring but not all the time. The host, Andrew, was always available and was very quick to respond to my needs. I would recommend this place to family and friends without hesitation.

The place was great for our 34 day stay. Clean and very well equipped, yard and pool was great!

Our host was supremely accommodating, highly communicative, prompt with any response and action. Entry and operation of all aspects were a breeze. We were welcomed with a very clean stay, a box of chocolates, and everything we could possibly need. The home as well appointed, and of course the backyard is an oasis dream in Cathedral city! 100% recommend this host and his lovely property. Very grateful for the most enjoyable stay.

My husband and I stayed at this rental for 3 months. We truly the property and its amenities. Location was great with being a short drive to getting on or off of I 10. Our host Elina went well beyond in making our stay a comfortable one. The few minor issues were dealt with an remedied without hesitation. We both would recommend this rental to all who are looking for a wonderful stay.
