The Alsatian Maisonette
I invite you to come and relax in this Maisonette Typical Alsatian, 33m2, completely renovated in early 2016, with brand new equipment, worthy of the finest furnished 4-star tourism.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchenette: Multifunction Oven / Microwave, Fridge freezer tray, Washer-dryer last generation, Breakfast Combined with coffee / tea / toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils 4 people, as well as Coffee, Tea & Basic condiments.
The living area consists of a 3 seater sofa, Rapido type, convertible into 3 seconds with a real bed 140cm, 14cm mattress micro bubbles 45KG / m3.
An authentic restored steep staircase takes you upstairs, where you will find the bathroom consists of a shower, suspended WC, hand basin with mirror, towel radiator, as well as all the accessories that will make you feel at home: hair dryer, scales, toilet paper, shampoo dispenser, conditioner and shower gel and bath towels.
Upstairs you will also find the master bedroom, with a 140cm bed with mattress 25cm Comfort Palace 620 pocket springs, large wardrobe and ironing facilities.
All bed linen is provided free of charge, 100% cotton sateen for your comfort.
A very high speed wireless internet access is available throughout the home.
For housing maintenance, you will find, rubber broom, dustpan & brush, cyclonic canister vacuum, microfiber cleaning products ....
On request, one interior parking is available as well as bicycles.
Outside of my free hours, I manage to prepare housing, and leave the keys for you at the neighbors.

By Bus Line No. 6, Stop 'Trois Epis' 300m.
Spirited, TGV train station in Strasbourg.
By car, exits A4 & A35 Motorways to 3 minutes.
By Bicycle, many bike trails nearby.
