This a beautiful Edinburgh property, located on a quiet street in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. The property has been lovingly restored to provide a spacious, yet comfortable and modern base for your Edinburgh adventures. There are restored wooden floors and lovely features, such as original wall art throughout the home, that create an abundance of charm and character.

Upon entering off the private courtyard area, you are met by the well brand new equipped kitchen and the spacious living area is to the right. The living area features comfortable seating, a new flat screen TV and a charming electric fire place. There’s also recently added a full dining table and chairs.

There are two good sized bedrooms to the rear of the property, both with ample storage spaces and very comfortable beds! My cleaners will make these up with hotel quality linen and towels for your stay.

There is also a brand new shower room between the two bedrooms that was completed December 19.

There is also free street parking available all weekends and evenings (after 530pm). Pay and display during normal office hours (830am -530pm). £3.10 per hour with a maximum of 4 hours in one spot. For longer term parking we recommend Just park who our guests seem to love.

There is a crib in the property available for smaller children but please note there is no separate bedding provided for this.
