Formosa Gardens Estates vacation rentals

Mickeys Homestead is a fantastic home which added to the marvellous experience we had in Orlando. Formosa Gardens is a gated community we have always wanted to stay in as the properties are large and luxury. When the opportunity for Mickeys Homestead came up, we were right onto Charles & Jo, who were excellent in providing us with unlimited answers prior to us making the booking. Everything they detail is accurate and on arrival the WOW factor kicks in as this house is amazing. The location is central for quick access to Walt Disney World and the main i4 highway which takes you to the Universal parks. Lots of eating & shopping around the Formosa Garden area. The house has all the requirements you need for the holiday from the well needed aircon to the large pool, sundeck which everyone can enjoy. You will walk into an immaculately clean house with comfortable beds and bedding, two large lounges and lots of space. The owners Charles & Jo are only ever a whatsapp message away and really quick to respond if there are any issues. Our issue was the "World Cup Final" which Charles sorted so quickly for us so we could catch it. (thanks for that Charles). For over 30yrs we have been travelling to Orlando/Kissimmee/Bradenton and this honestly is the best house we have ever come across, the holiday starts as soon as you go through the front door and we will definitely be booking this for future stays when in the area

Out of 13 visits to Orlando this was without a doubt the BEST villa we’ve stayed in. Hosts were very responsive both before and during visit and provided everything and more that we requested. Formosa Gardens is in our opinion the best for access to Disney parks. We can’t wait to book our next adventure with Aunger Vacation Homes ❤️😎

They have thought of everything someone could need for a wonderful vacation. We had family coming from many locations so it was great to arrive to a house so fully stocked with necessities. The communication was exceptional and the house was everything that they had claimed and more. We had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at this location. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The only complaint we have is all the mattresses were horrible. They all should be replaced. Each of the mattresses had big holes on each side.

My daughter and I have rented houses for the past 14 years in the Kissimmee area and this was by far our favorite. The house was spotless and completely updated with high end finishes. The pool was the highlight for us, big, beautiful and tons of privacy. We would and will rent again in a heartbeat

This home was great for multiple families. The house lay out gave each family a place of their own. The pool area has so much room! Highly recommend this house.

Loved it all

Absolutely everything about this property was amazing, it truly felt like every last detail was thought about! The house even had an extra pack and play and strollers available in case we needed it. The owner did a great job communicating everything and had someone check out an issue with the lock immediately once she got a notification, before we even realized there was anything wrong. Our family really enjoyed the house, movie theater and kids rooms, but really loved the heated pool and the kids couldn’t stop playing outside. Our 4 year old immediately started referring to it as the clubhouse and was just as excited to come home as he was going to Disney. It was a fantastic location and overall loved our vacation and this host, we would definitely stay again!
