Stable Masters House - Rent a house in the beautiful vally of Kiladalen

If you are planning to visit Sweden you are most welcome to rent Stable Masters House (the red house in the pictures at Allasta Farm. We are located in the countryside in the beautiful vally of Kiladalen west of Nyköping City and not far from Stockholm Skavsta Airport. The farm is located just outside the large forests of Kolmården and close to the stunning archipelago of the Baltic Sea. Many of our foreign guests express that the greatest experience was the peace and quiet at the farm, but there is much to see in the countryside. But if you want to go to the capital city it is only one hour drive to Stockholm City.

The farm has horses, our childfriendly dog Egon, the cat Myran and a chickenhouse where you pick your breakfast eggs. You live very close to nature and can spot deers and moose comming out from the forrest. Nearby there are nice tracks in the forest with good opportunities to make a fire and roast hot dogs, kids usually love it. Other things that can be arranged are archipelago excursions with our own boat and see eagles, razorbills and maybe some curious seals. Otherwise just sunbathe and swim from your own uninhabited island. During the trip will learn the basics of how to navigate the Baltic Sea.

For those of you who feel that you need to get away from the pulse of the big city, you are welcome to book in the Stallmästarbostaden here at Allasta Gård located in the beautiful Kiladalen west of Nyköping. There is rural tranquility in the vicinity of the large Kolmårds forests. The house is fully equipped for you, your partner and maybe the children to get closer to each other with a little cozy in the cottage.

On the farm there are horses, our dear dog Egon, the cat Myran and a chicken farm where you pick your own breakfast eggs. The proximity to nature also often provides experiences when the inhabitants of the forest come out into the fields to seek food or through pleasant walks along the Sörmland Trail with sausage barbecues and other things that the kids like. Other things that can be arranged are archipelago excursions with our own motor boat and see the Sea eagles, Tordmular and maybe some curious seals. Otherwise, just sunbathe and swim from the archipelago cliffs while learning the basics of navigating the lake during the trip.

Of course, many guests also visit Komården Zoo which is only 25 minutes away.

A tranquil place for a memorable stay

We appreciate the fact that Henrik was waiting for us to make sure we arrived to the right place since it is literally in the middle of nowhere and we also arrived late at night. He was very kind and left us the GPS at the information desk in the airport, so it was very helpful as it had all the attractions in the area. The farm was wonderful and cozy for a family of five. It is not usual for us to go and pick our eggs from the barn for your breakfast. The place was very quiet and peaceful. For us it was a wonderful weekend break!!!!

An oasis

We were a familj of four staying over xmas at this lovely cottage. The hosts service and hospitality was fantastic and we would surely return. The nature scenery is breathtaking even in wintertime. Once again, thank you so much for your kind hospitality.

Group stay over midsummer

We, 6 people from Stockholm, had a great time for three nights. The house and garden has plenty of space and there is lots to do in the surroundings. Sleeping was a bit cozy, but to be expected. Katarina and Henrik are very nice people, helpful whenever they can. We will come back.

Heerlijk comfortabel huis.

Het huis(je) is geweldig. Er zijn tot maximaal 6 slaapplaatsen. Een twee persoonsbed boven en je kan de banken in de kamer ombouwen tot twee tweepersoons bedden. De keuken is is voorzien van veel aparatuur en de koffie / thee, müsli enz is zo wie zo in begrepen. Zo ook de GPS, hier staan alle 'attracties' van de ongeving al in geprogrammeerd. De omgeving is rustig en zeer fraai. De boerderij hond, Egon, is ook bij de prijs in begrepen. Wat een lief beest en gaat graag mee uitwandelen. Wij kunnen u deze accomodatie aanbevelen. Goede bedden, keuken en sanitair. Je komt graag eerder terug van een uitstapje om van de rust bij je huisje te kunnen genieten.

Great place close to nature

The house is very cozy, combining technology inside with countryside scenery on the outside. We were 6 people, 2 of us sleeping in the 1st floor in the all-white bedroom, 4 of us sleeping on the confortable couches at the ground floor. The bathroom is big and clean. They provided clean bed sheets and towels for all of us. The kitchen is equiped with all the kitchenware needed. Wi-fi worked just great. The surroundings are absolutely relaxing, green fields everywhere, nice Swedish breeze, colourful landscapes, one old-school swing, flowers and horses to dress it all up. Breakfast was just awesome, we picked up the eggs right from the chickens house, good coffee also available. Henrik and Katarina have a big white friendly dog, a cat and several horses. After breakfast, Katarina gave us a ride with her own beautiful black horse, that put even a bigger smile on our faces and completed a wonderful experience. Meanwhile, she told us a bit of the farm's history and their nice daily life there. Finding the place was a bit difficult, since there are no street names nor numbers. But the owner picked up the phone when we got there, close to midnight, and directed us to the location.
