Access to the house is via private parking provided for a car, then by stairs (three steps) leading from one side to a tiled terrace of 16 m2 and the other to the front door.
The south facing terrace is equipped with a folding arm awning and a garden. To ensure the tranquility of the residents, it is closed by a "bumper view" panel and by a low wall.
The front door opens into the main room of about 25 m2. On the right is the bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. At bottom left the living room with a sleeping two people (bunk beds) and a dresser in front of the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Just at the entrance on the left, a staircase leads upstairs.
This staircase is fitted in the upper part of a "child safety" gate. Safety is ensured by a balustrade and a wooden ramp.
The room of 15 m2, on the floor, is furnished with a bed of 140, and storage. The window-type "Velux" is provided within a store "total blackout" and outside of a sun visor.
A toilet is at the bottom of the chamber. It is equipped with a sink, toilet and washing machine.
The floor of the ground floor and the floor is covered with tiles.
