We originally built this house as our primary residence. We still spend as much time as our schedules allow. To get ready for vacation guests we only pack our personal items while everything else stays in the house. This means you get to enjoy one of the best stocked fully furnished homes in the area.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Maximum overnight guests: 8 (sleeps up to 6 adults)
Minimum age to rent: 24
All bookings require a signed Rental Agreement, Guest List and Photo ID of the responsible party.
Rental rate is for 6 person occupancy and option for 2 Extra Guests with additional fee.
Please do not attempt to occupy our cabin with more people than booking details allow. We stay at a property nearby during vacation rentals.
