We had a perfect view of the beach and water and watch boats come and go. We just had to step out to the boardwalk in front and walk every day everywhere. Also, our apartment was in the middle of the bassin, convenient for groceries, shops and restaurants. Carole, our concierge, was lovely and responded quickly to our questions as we settled in for our weeklong stay. Highly recommended!

Un séjour formidable

Nous avons passé 12 nuits à Arcachon mon mari et moi et nos 3 enfants de 7, 10 et 13 ans. Le séjour a été formidable! L’appartement a une localisation parfaite, au front de mer, et à 5-10 min à pied du centre ville. Une boulangerie se trouve juste à côté. Des vues extraordinaires sur le bassin d’Arcachon! L’appartement est très propre et très bien fourni, mais attention, le linge maison n’est pas inclu (linge de lit et serviettes)

Location conforme au descriptif, appartement très bien équipé, propre, bien situé. Se réveiller et prendre son petit dej sur la terrasse face aux bateaux; le soir, se régaler du coucher du soleil; se dire , tiens j'irais bien sur la plage et se retrouver sur le sable allongé sur sa serviette 3 mn après... tout cela, ça rend le séjour formidable! Très beau séjour

Séjour magnifique au bords du bassin d'arcachon. L'appartement est vraiment très bien située, au bords d'une très belle plage. Très lumineux, il convient parfaitement a un couple avec 2 enfants. Nous avons pas eu besoins d'utiliser une seule fois nôtre véhicule. Tout est a proximité. Les dunes du pyla sont accessibles en bus ou a 1h30 de marche. Toute nôtre petite famille est ravis. La semaine était superbe.

Confort et vue magnifique

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les chambres confortables et lumineuses, la propreté impeccable de l'appartement, la vue idéale sur la mer avec le balai des mouettes et des bateaux du bassin, l'accès direct à la plage et au chemin de promenade rejoignant le centre ville.

Appartement propre , calme et confortable, directement sur la plage; la résidence possède un cours de tennis très accessible ; le centre ville est proche à pied, et il y a des commerces ( pain, fruits, poulets rôtis , fromages ) au pied de la résidence. La propriétaire est très accueillante .

Appartement très bien équipé. Accueil à l'arrivée "au top" : l'essentiel , la simplicité et l'indulgence pour les retardataires comme nous... Propriétaire à l'écoute y compris après le séjour. "Idéalement situé" : je confirme ! Je vous laisse imaginer petit déjeuner et repas... "Les planches arcachonaises" au pied de la résidence laissent le choix : direction le port ou le centre selon l'envie. Hautement recommandable.

L' appartement est très bien situé, sur la plage (pas de route à traverser pour les enfants). il est bien équipé, la literie est confortable, la terrasse sur la mer est très agréable pour prendre les repas. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Appartement très confortable devant la plage

Appartement très confortable avec un accès direct sur la plage et les pistes cyclables. Les équipements sont de très bon niveau (literie, matériel de cuisine) et tout était très propre. Belle vue depuis le balcon. Les photos et la description de l'appartement rendent bien compte de la réalité. Un garage collectif pour les vélos permet de les ranger. Une place de parking est réservée sur un parking privé et fermé. Une boulangerie est se trouve juste à côté de l'entrée de la résidence. Le centre ville est tout proche (10 min à pied, 2 min à vélo) avec un marché et de nombreux commerces. L'appartement est au calme notamment le soir. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et ont été de bons conseils à notre arrivée. Communication très réactive avec la propriétaire. Un appartement que nous conseillons vivement.
