Lovely house in a great location

The property is lovely. It is well located in easy walking distance of Bayonne and next door to a Carrefour and wonderful boulangerie! Pool was very nice and a bonus. Philippe is a great host, on hand if needed, but left us to enjoy our stay without intrusion. We would recommend.

The beautiful and spacious and simply my and tastefully decorated house with a beautiful swimming poo in a quiet in woody setting with a grocery store , bakery and gasoline stand in a few minutes walk. The land lord living in a neighboring house was tres gentile and helpful. It was a perfect place from which to explore the beautiful city of Bayonne and the Basque Country . Hiro Kawasaki

Excellent property well located

Property had everything we needed for a family holiday. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Ideal location as was situated in private wooded grounds within short walking distance to a Supermarket, pharmacy & other shops. Buses ran regularly from the end of the road to Bayonne & Berritz. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional!

This vacation home was everything we needed to have a wonderful family vacation in Bayonne. The owner was very helpful and friendly, including finding a taxi for our large group to pick us up from a late night train. Easy communication, house well appointed and comfortable, convenient to town and bakery, groceries nearby. Peaceful wooded property — tranquil and private. The pool was particularly nice as we had a few warm days. We hope to return one day.

Lovely home, lovely owners

This is an unusual rental in that it is more comfortable, more attractive and better equipped than advertised. Owners are delightful, patient and very helpful. A great location and perfect for couples or families.

Perfection 🙌

We needed a “home base” for two weeks. Family wedding in Basque, family events in Biarritz and many other local travels. We knew the weather would be slightly hot and likely rainy so we wanted a place with AC. Got it here :) Philippe was the best host we have ever encountered! If we needed any little thing he was there to provide that item. Most everything needed was at this beautiful house already. We did need a bit of direction here and there which Philippe was there to provide. Although we did not use the pool it was gorgeous. And it was very well maintained along with the house and the grounds. The house is spacious and beautifully laid out. The grounds are lovely and wooded. The wall and gate that surrounds the property provides security (as does Philippe being near by). Having a washer, dryer and dishwasher was very helpful to us. Anything one could possibly need was provided…ironing board, drying rack, some paper products, tv cables, etc… The nearby markets, bakery and pharmacy are so convenient. We sometimes walked there and back. We hope to return soon to this peaceful paradise. Thank you Philippe for providing a beautiful and worry free place for us to stay. 🙏

Prachtig huis met top gastheer

Wat een heerlijk en fijn verblijf hebben we hier met 2 gezinnen (4 volwassenen, 4 kinderen) gehad. Werkelijk alles hier was voor elkaar. Enige minpunt wat we kunnen bedenken waren de muggen, maar daar kan de gastheer niets aan doen. Ontvangst was zeer gastvrij. Alles werd uitgelegd tijdens de rondleiding. Maar ook tijdens het verblijf (de ligstoel was bijv. stuk gegaan) stond Phillipe voor ons klaar. Verder heerlijk zwembad, verzorgd interieur, fijne bedden en prachtige tuin op een fantastisch locatie als uitvalsbasis! Kortom, dikke aanrader!

Villa très bonne localité

La maison est tout confort et très bien située. La déco est moderne et chaleureuse. Elle se trouve à 2 min à pied d’un petit supermarché et pharmacie boulangerie idéal Les propriétaires sont très agréables et avenants. Tjs prêt à donner de bons conseils. Si on devait noter un bémol la piscine n’est pas chauffée et sur une semaine de temps moyen l’eau restait à 25 un peu juste pour nous frileux

Une semaine entre amis au pays basque

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances à 6 dans la villa. La villa est idéalement située pour visiter le pays basque. Elle parfaitement équipée pour recevoir 6 à 8 personnes. La villa est située dans un parc au calme , les commerces sont accessibles à pieds. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, de bons conseils et discrets.

Incredible property close to everything

We had an amazing stay at this incredible property, and the photos do not do it justice. It is beautifully laid out, close to all amenities and on an easy bus route through to bayonne and biarritz.. Pool was glorious, and the weather helped of course! But super space, very comfy beds in all the rooms, fantastic kitchen and wifi. We would highly recommend this to all our friends and family.. lots of memories made. Thank you Philippe!

Très bon séjour, maison charmante et propriétaire adorable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de cette maison de vacances. La maison étant très grande, elle permet à chacun de pouvoir s’approprier son petit coin. Les espaces sont très bien agencés. La partie extérieure est magnifique et dispose d’une piscine toujours propre. A refaire sans hésiter, ça était un vrai coup de cœur pour nous et toute notre famille.

Très belle maison idéalement située.

La maison est très joliment meublée et décorée. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Il y a de l’espace pour profiter de moments en famille mais aussi suffisamment d’espaces pour pouvoir s’isoler et se reposer tranquillement. C’est idéalement situé entre l’océan, la montagne et l’arrière pays. Seul petit bémol : étant proche de tout (commerces, axes routiers principaux …) c’est un peu bruyant lorsqu’on est à l’exterieur.
