I invite you to a peaceful place which will allow you to relax in an enclosed garden of 5000 m2, take advantage of the gradually sloping 8x4 swimming pool to play with children, a large terrace of 30 m2 to eat in a convivial setting around a barbecue, games for children with trampoline, table tennis table and swing.
The house is completely renovated with modern equipment such as an induction hob, air conditioning and a large bathroom.
The house is on one level with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
Nearby, you have buses every 10 minutes to the center of Aix, Marseille, to the Milles area and Eurocopter. The central bus station is 1km away.
The motorway access is also close to radiate throughout the region.

Wir (Großeltern, Eltern und zwei Kinder im Alter von 4 und 7 Jahren) haben drei erholsame Sommerwochen bei Jérôme verbracht. Das Haus ist hinreichend mit Geschirr, Besteck und Küchengeräten ausgestattet, verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, eine Mikrowelle und einen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Wir haben Jérôme als einen sehr gastfreundlichen, immer ansprechbaren und hilfsbereiten Vermieter erlebt, der uns stets mit Freizeittips und touristischen Empfehlungen versorgt hat. Der beheizte Pool und das große Grundstück standen uns allein zur Verfügung.

Accueil sympathique et très bien organisé par l'hôte. Logement propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé et agréable avec un environnement étendu de verdure alors que la ville est toute proche, avec toutes ses commodités. Je recommande vivement.

Très agréable pour découvrir Aix et sa région

Le logement est très agréable avec belle terrasse et immense jardin avec piscine, plein sud. Il est parfait pour 4 personnes. Le centre d'Aix est à 20 mn à pied et les commerces à côté. Le propriétaire habite sur place et est très serviable. La piscine était encore trop fraîche pour la saison mais le grand jardin offrait plein de possibilités. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille.

La location , très agréable, est située à la porte d'Aix et , cependant ,on se sent un peu "à la campagne", l'espace intérieur est clair , bien équipé , et , s'il nous manque quoi que ce soit , Jérôme , le propriétaire , est à notre écoute ! La piscine est très appréciable pour une pause fraîcheur et détente ....
