About this property

t2 + air conditioned cabin with garden 4 pers, gruissan village

T2 + cabin of 32m ² on the ground floor with free non-private parking just in front (4 people)
located on the ground floor of our house, the apartment consists of a room with 1 bed 140cm + cabin (adjoining the room) with 2 bunk beds
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob and fridge-freezer)
 Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine)
Additional equipment tv, coffee machine pod, air conditioning.
Garden of 30m² with garden furniture and barbecue (ring to hang bikes).
Located in the pond in the old village, this new apartment is near the center of the village (with his walking 3 times a week for 1 minute walk), the new port (5 minutes walk) but also from the beach and supermarket (5 mins by car).

Geniale Lage

Zentral am Ort, direkt am Etang. Klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir waren im Winter dort, die Räume sind sehr Die Vermieter sind absolut unkompliziert. Alles lief reibungslos. Einziges kleines Manko: Das Duschwasser lief sehr spärlich und die Temperatur war schwierig zu regulieren. Das spielt aber im Sommer eher keine Rolle.Wir waren sehr gerne dort und kommen auch wieder, wenn möglich.

Notre séjour a été parfait! Stephanie est très accueillante et disponible. L’appartement est bien conçu, la cour est agréable surtout lorsqu’on a des enfants. Le logement est très bien situé, on peut profiter de l´ambiance village et des balades le long du lac loin des résidences touristiques et bruyantes du port. Je recommande cet appartement !

Superficie adaptée pour nous 2. Belles prestations pour passer de bonnes vacances :ex: lave linge, lave vaisselle, une belle terrasse avec chaises longues, barbecue. ... Nous avons aussi apprécié d'être â proximité des commerces. Ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer à pieds et à vélo. Merci à Mme Laffage.
