Fantastic villa, great host

The villa is stunning and has the most beautiful views overlooking the water!! Overall a very comfortable stay and lovely holiday in Ibiza! Would highly recommend the restaurants in Es Cubbells (the one directly next to the villa is great!) Not too far from the old town in a taxi but would suggest a car to explore the island

Beautiful villa in a stunning location!

We had a wonderful holiday here in May 2018. The villa is even better than it looks in the photographs - the view and outdoor space is wonderful, and the interior is lovely and very well apportioned too. Everything is high quality but also practical. We were 2 families (4 children between us aged 2 to 5) and we found there to be plenty of space (4 good sized bedrooms all with en suites and spread nicely across the 3 floors). The contact on the island was very helpful and responsive too. There was everything you could need at the villa, with lots of extras that made life easy (eg cleaning/household products for the dish washer and washing machine, mosquito coils, bin liners, lots of bath and beach/pool towels, tons of crockery/kitchen appliances etc). There are a couple of lovely restaurants in walking distance and a supermarket only a few minutes drive away. Otherwise this is a great location - stunning, quiet, peaceful etc but also easy to drive to many gorgeous beaches, Ibiza town and also we did a super boat trip from San Antonio. I would highly recommend this villa for families and also it would work well for 4 couples. We felt really lucky to stay here and would love to return next year!

A gem in Ibiza

This house was perfect in every way possible, rooms are wonderful and clean nice kitchen and a breathtaking penthouse. Not to mention the pool and view and pool area just a perfect place to spend sunsets, sunrises or a day by the pool! Absolutely loved the stay and will for sure be back.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick und großen Pool

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit fantastischem Blick. Ruhig gelegen, aber In der NĂ€he gute Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche inklusive Grundbedarf vorhanden. SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe sehr nett und unkompliziert. 3 x die Woche eine kurze Reinigung, die allerdings nicht den MĂŒll mitnahm (der musste ca 1 um entfernt entsorgt werden) und auch der Pool wurde in der Woche nicht gereinigt. Eine defekte ToilettenspĂŒlung wurde allerdings sofort repariert. Es gab einige kleine MĂ€ngel wie sehr alte teilweise kaputte ToilettenbĂŒrsten.... Aber insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Breathtaking view that the money can not buy!!

The photos you see here are nothing compared to the real thing. I am writing this feeling emocional because I wish I could post here my own photos to try to show how unique this place is. I know very well the island, for 10 years I have been spending the summer in Ibiza, this time I requested to rent this house because we were in 8 people. I have to say this house and the view are in another level. Amazing, marvellous, oh... I don't have words to describe it! The top floor is a dream. The room with panoramic windows, the privet bar in the top floor right next to the love open air double bed, also a privet the lounge give you full privacy even when you are with your family. All the bedding are Hotel quality, the towels are new, the Kitchen has top quality utilities, (we baked cakes and we had a privet chef to cook for us), very good kitchen space. Everything you need from towels for the swimming pool area, all the type of glass for wines, champagne and other drinks, many different types of plates for every occasion you want to celebrate with your loved ones...everything you need you can find in this house. All the other rooms have aircon, and all the showers are very good. The swimming pool was very clean, I never saw any house like this with such a rich option for whether you want to do. No one wants to go back to reality, and to be honest I wish I could afford to give GIVE more money to the house's owner, what this amazing place offers, to be very honest, it is so much more than money can buy! I left the house wishing all the good vibes and fortune for this family who shared their amazing place with us. Thank you so much for have us there. Ah, both Michel, the owner and the keeper are very good. Every time we got in contact they were very quickly and we only can say over and over again, thank you so much! Full of love to this beautiful place.

Ottima sistemazione per quattro coppie.

La villa risulta arredate bene e attrezzata di tutte le comoditĂ  ed ha un ottima vista sul mare. Le quattro stanze sono confortevoli, di cui solo tre hanno il bagno in camera, la quarta ha solo doccia e lavabo ed il WC si trova in un locale appena fuori dalla stanza da letto. L'unico punto negativo Ăš il personale di pulizia che non Ăš molto efficiente. Comunque ci ritornerei molto volentieri e lo consiglierei anche ad altri amici. Nelle vicinanze ci sono dei buoni ristoranti ed un supermercato ben attrezzato. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare il proprietario della villa, il quale Ăš stato molto gentile e disponibile.
