Wohnung schmutzig und Schimmel in der Dusche

Wir haben die Wohnung in September gemietet(nachsaison). Was auf den Bilder nicht zu sehen ist das man direkt vom Balkon aus auf die Strasse blickt und diese auch zu hören ist. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Was mir persönlich zu schaffen machte war der Schwarze Schimmel in der Dusche! KEIN Wunder es gibt kein Fenster im Bad und die Lüftung die es in allen anderen Wohnung auch gibt(wir waren vor zwei Jahren in einer anderen Wohnung ein Haus weiter) funktioniert nicht ...Ich fand den Preis in der Nachsaison o.k aber würde diese Wohnung aufgrund vom Schimmel nicht noch einmal buchen.
