Beautiful bright & sunny Wicker Park 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,500 square foot apartment located on the top floor of a private home. This unit is located just one block away from the Damen Blue Line el subway station in the heart of the vibrant Wicker Park/Bucktown neighborhood. Less than 5 minute walking distance to some of the hottest restaurants, bars, and boutiques in Chicago. Located on a historic tree-lined street in a landmark district, our property is steps away to one of Chicago's coolest entertainment districts known for its local hipster culture, art community, nightlife, and food scene. You will have the privacy and quiet of a street filled with historic mansions in the old "Beer Baron Row" district. We are on the border of Bucktown; nearby neighborhoods include Ukrainian Village, Logan Square, and Lincoln Park. We are only 15 minutes from downtown Chicago; a 5 minute walk to the 606 Biking/Walking trail; 2 blocks from beautiful Wicker Park green space with children's park, gardens, baseball diamond, basketball court, etc.

The unit has several distinct features including vaulted ceilings, stained glass, exposed brick, fireplace, 65" flat screen TV in the living room, large laundry room with in-unit washer and dryer, and a small deck to enjoy a cocktail. The space is the top 3rd floor of an 1893 Greystone that we rehabbed to contain today's modern luxuries but retain the historic charm of the neighborhood.

The unit is accessed through a side gate and up through a back deck to get to the third floor.

Street parking out front is free; potential garage parking spot available for an additional fee.

Longer term rentals allowed.

This is a family home so we ask NO parties on premises.

This property was an absolute joy to walk in to. Not only is it architecturally beautiful and super clean, but the hosts thought of every need for guests with high-end equipment and amenities. The hosts were super attentive if we had a question. Having also rented a different, very sub-par apartment for the same week for other family members, this one stands out as a true gem! I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend. The unit was clean and quiet and a GREAT location for shopping, dining, and adventures. Very walkable! Amy was wonderfully communicative and accommodating to our check in, check out and garage parking needs. She was so helpful when one of us left some clothing behind as well. Will definitely keep this property in mind for a future stay!

The pictures did not do justice for such a wonderful space! Such a great style with a nod to the architecture but all fresh and remodeled. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed. Kitchen was great for us (we didn’t cook but needed coffee and refrigerators and dishwasher). Working with the host was wonderful! So helpful, cared that we were comfortable, and helped to return items left behind. The location was awesome too with so many restaurants and cool places around. We had 3 couples staying for a mini friends reunion and it was perfect. Absolutely recommend the host, the condo and the location and would stay again! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was great, and we had a wonderful time.The only issue we encountered was with the hot water. There was plenty of hot water, but it never got as warm as we would have liked, especially for showers and baths. If the water heater temperature could be adjusted, it would make the stay even better.Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this property. It is lovely. We will stay again when we find it available. Part of my family stayed here for the 4th of July holiday. We were scattered throughout Bucktown as our son lives there. Thank you so much.

Amazing location! We walked everywhere in the neighborhood, and the train was right around the corner. Hosts were very responsive, and easy to communicate with.

Excellent property. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very well appointed. A block from the blue line made getting around the city very easy for our guests. Next time we’re in Chicago this will be our go to place!

Amy was very kind and helpful as a host. She made us feel welcome and allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in time which was so helpful. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and very easy access to good restaurants and public transportation. Highly recommend!

Very nice, spacious, top floor of a house. In a great neighborhood, seconds to the train and a huge range of places to eat and drink. Amy is an incredibly friendly and helpful host!.Would love to stay there again.

Perfect place for family to visit and be tourists

Our home is a historic Greystone located in a landmark district. The homes throughout this area are generally amazing and you will fall in love with Wicker Park!
