Treat your family and friends to their best vacation ever! Our WARM and COZY Old Tahoe Style home is waiting for you. This three bedroom, three bath single family home with fenced backyard and 6 person hot tub is the perfect alpine retreat for skiers, hikers and golfers alike.

Set on a flat access driveway with a parking place for at least 3 cars, this house is in quiet private setting yet within easy walking distance to sandy beaches and nearby amenities of Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach.

We welcome up to 6 guests including children at our house, with:
3 bedrooms
1 sitting room
3 bathrooms
1 King Bed
2 Queen Beds
4 Twin Beds
1 Sofa beds


This smoke-free house is ideal for large families or shared by several families. All three bedrooms have their own private, full bath and closet. This is a fabulous home for a very reasonable price. Can't wait to see you here!

Pets are welcome and the house has an enclosed fenced backyard. You can bring up to three (3) maximum number of pets with you. Please, add a $35 one-time pet fee to your reservation for up to 3 pets if you are planning to have pets. Thank you!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn the main HEATER thermostat down to 55 degrees, but DO NOT turn it OFF, especially in the WINTER. Turn OFF all fans, indoor and outdoor LIGHTS. TURN OFF ALL ROOM ELECTRICAL SPACE HEATERS.
You may leave the beds unmade and used towels on the floor. Please, DO NOT wash used linens, towels, comforters and blankets. Housekeeping will take care of it.
Please, place recycled waste in the blue recycling bins and trash in trash cans inside the house. Cleaners will take care of bringing garbage and recycling to the proper place after you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We usually don't interact with our guests unless they need something. By county rules, please, no noise from 10 PM till 8 AM
