The villa was pefect. It gave us privacy and convenience having bedrooms over 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. We had everything we needed. The villa was in a clean and pleasant area, with shops and bars not too far away.

What a wonderful house in an excellent location. Property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Super comfy beds with plenty of storage space & a well equipped kitchen with loads of cleaning stuff for you to use. We have family in cabanas & they agreed it was a lovely house. Only two small things. Wish there were mirrors in bedrooms & the towels were a little hard but would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location and comfortable accommodation

We were very pleased with our 5 week stay. The property is comfortable and with easy access to both the waterfront cafes and shops and the train station. We enjoyed the pool area and the small bar and two restaurants nearby. The location manager was prompt and excellent to deal with for the minor issues and questions that arose during our stay. Our one concern would be the screens on many of the windows which need repair so that the windows can be open for air and ventilation.

Very cozy

It was a very good week, in Cabanas. We were a 5 min walk distance from the center of Cabanas, and 2 min from the National Road, and at the center or Ria Formosa, where we have the best beaches in Algarve situated by 15 to 20 minutes away, and no traffic at all... The house is a very cozy one, with all those miniature boats and african masks that cover the walls. The kitchen has all we need and the barbecue only lacking the metal grid to cook the meat or fish. Hope to repeat our stay in the future!!

Villa was perfect for our family had everything required for a family of 6, the grandchildren loved the villa with the pool just 2min walk the location for Cabanas was perfect also. as grandparents we had our reservations although we have been coming to Cabanas for many years would it be to quiet for our younger family ? no worries there they enjoyed every day, granddaughter (7) had a few tears when we left. fantastic villa holiday. Quiet area

We were within 5 minute walk to Cabanas but in a quiet community. We loved having the whole house and outdoor area to ourselves. Everything was very clean, many small amenities were provided such as laundry and dishwasher soap, there lots of dishes and cutlery. The owner responded quickly to all inquiries. It is 2 levels with 2 twin beds downstairs and a full bath. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. 2 roof top decks

Tavira Cabanas

Our host was Fernado and Teresa and the property manager Karine. Everything was as explained in the listing. Even though we didn't meet eye to eye, they were there for anything we needed. We loved the property and we are booked for an extra month at the same place next year. That in itself should tell you how much we loved the place. We can't wait till next year! Thank you To all who own and manage this property! A "10" in our books!

Good family accommodation

Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and showers worked fine (…although the only two mirrors in the house were in the bath/shower rooms!), kitchen well appointed and property handy for pool. Main ‘comments’ - wardrobe door downstairs bedroom, jammed and couldn’t be fixed by property manager Karine- our son fixed in less than a minute. Some fittings were showing their age (falling apart when touched) Not enough chairs for main table or terrace table without moving them around. BBQ needs a grate for coke to burn properly.

Not well prepared

The villa had clearly not been occupied for a while as it was cold and a bit damp. Although the air conditioning helped, it was not sufficient to warm the villa. There was no wood supplied for the fireplace.The beds were not made up and there was no double sheet. The single beds in one room were only suitable for children so could not be used. It would be much better for a summer letting.

Fine but room for improvement

Well equipped kitchen. Decent bathrooms. Two roof terraces, but couldn't enjoy because of lack of usable furniture. Newly installed shutters on the inside of the property wnich restricted space and light, eg kitchen shutter hindered access to the sink- really annoying. Lots of cleaning products provided. Bedding and towels had seen better days. Lovely big, clean pool with new sunbeds, but several afternoons our peace was shattered by very loud " entertainment " from the onsite bar. We all liked Cabanas, the villa wasn't as good as we had hoped.
