LE LOGEMENT

Agréable appartement pour 4 personnes à seulement 10 minutes de la station RER Val d'Europe.
Après une longue et intense journée, vous apprécierez sa terrasse spacieuse avec une vue imprenable sur le Walt Disney Studio! En été, vous serez aux premières loges pour assister au feu d'artifice du parc Disneyland ! Moment magique garantie!

Situé au dernier étage avec ascenseur, l'appartement est composé :
- Un séjour avec un canapé convertible (2 personnes)
- Une cuisine entièrement équipée et aménagée (four, micro-onde, réfrigérateur, lave vaisselle, toaster, bouilloire, machine à café Senseo, vaisselle et couverts, ustensiles de cuisine...)
- Une chambre avec 1 lit double (2 personnes) avec placard et rangement
- Une salle de bain (baignoire, machine à laver et WC)

Egalement inclus sans supplément :
- Connexion Wifi dans l'appartement
- Une place de parking privée et gratuite située au sous-sol du bâtiment entièrement sécurisé et télécommandé (attention hauteur max 1m95 !)
- Draps et serviettes pour 4 voyageurs
- Lit bébé pliant fourni

Pour les premiers jours, nous fournissons les premières nécessités (échantillons de gel douche, shampoing, savon, papier toilette, éponge, produit vaisselle main/machine, sac poubelle, café soluble, thé, sucre, sel et poivre). Pour renouveler ces produits, vous pouvez vous fournir au supermarché Auchan situé à quelques mètres, dans le centre commercial Val d'Europe.
Nous ne fournissons pas les capsules de café, mais vous pouvez en trouver également au supermarché.

A proximité du Val d'Europe, dans un environnement calme et proche de toutes commodités (boulangerie, restaurants, parc avec aire de jeux pour enfants...).

L'appartement est à seulement 10 minutes du RER Val d'Europe (sortie Montévrain).

Quiet with Fireworks View

Lovely, quiet apartment with great outdoor space and a fireworks view as a bonus! Quick walk to Aldi and the train station. Only downside there was no toilet paper and none was provided when requested. Would certainly stay here again!

Lovely place! Convenient spot!

What a lovely apartment! The patio was perfect! We had a little trouble getting the codes and getting in, but owners were accessible and helpful, so were all set in no time. We used Uber to get back and forth to Disney which was easy too! Loved our time there! Wish we'd had more time! Merci beaucoup!!

Great apartment very clean stunning views of Disneyland from the balcony is in a nice quiet location the only down side is having a shower attached to taps not a decent shower. Aldi, Lidl, kfc, b&m are a decent walk away Disneyland is less then 10 minutes drive away

Very nice neighborhood and all needs for daily business and Restauranta just around the corner, short distance to Train Station to Disneyland and nonstop Paris City. We liked it! Just the beds might be a little hard for some people….

Great apartment, only about q to 1.5 miles from Disneyland

We wanted a property near to Disneyland and this lovely apartment didn't disappoint. The apartment has everything you need including a balcony with comfy sofa & chairs and we watched the disney fireworks with a glass of wine on the nights we weren't at Disneyland. We walked to Disneyland which took about 30 minutes and got an Uber back which cost about 13 to 15 euros. Would recommend this lovely apartment which also has underground very safe parking and the only improvement would be a shower head holder as you have to hold the shower head in the bath.

Superb, perfect for a family of 4 trip to Euro Disney

First time Vrbo users and first time at this apartment. We're a family of four with two 'adult' girls aged 21 and 15. The apartment was perfect for our visit - spotlessly clean, well maintained with all amenities you'd hope for. We knew we would be using the sofa bed (for our girls) and it was ideal - we were leaving for the park at 10am and arriving back after 11pm so our time inside was limited. All correspondence with 'host' was great. The only issue being the lift was broken so three flights of stairs to 'climb' and no key to get into the garage from inside the apartment (there's a remote for the main garage doors). Would certainly use again.

Spacious and perfect for work/leisure

I stayed at the Montevrain property while visiting my wife who is temporarily working in the area. I also worked remotely for several days from the property and enjoyed the fact that I could shut the living room door for meetings. The biggest highlight was definitely the view from the terrace. I spent several hours working and relaxing on the terrace and at night I cracked the door to hear the music from Disneyland while watching the fireworks. Perfect view! The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook/eat at home most nights. But when we didn’t feel like it, there were many quality restaurants within walking distance. With that said, I only have minor complaints. The hot water would run out quicker than expected but that’s likely a building issue, nothing the unit owners can control. We would have preferred a mounted shower head instead of a detachable head with the tub, but we made it work. My biggest issue, however, was the check in process. I would have liked the owners to be more proactive about sending door codes and entering procedures since there are several code-enabled gates. When I landed in Paris I only had the unit code and had to remind the owners to send me other codes. I hope they improve their communication going forward. I would stay here again since I’ll be making several more trips to the area in the coming months. Really great value and location!

L'appartement est complètement conforme à l'annonce. La terrasse est un super bonus avec une vue très sympa sur les feux d'artifices des parcs d'attraction. L'accès à la gare RER se fait très bien (6 minutes à pied puis 2 minutes de RER pour aller à Disney). Possibilité de réserver un taxi (Arnaud transport - il habite la résidence et est au top.) Bref un super séjour pour notre petite famille un grand merci à nos hôtes.

Schöne Unterkunft

Für einen Besuch im Disneyland ist diese Unterkunft ideal. Knapp 3 Kilometer zu Fuß und man ist am Eingang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Bahnhof sind fußläufig in knapp 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage oder auf der Straße kostenfrei inklusive. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das disneyschloss ist in der Entfernung von der Terrasse zu sehen. Das Zentrum von Paris ist mit dem Zug in 1,5 Stunden zu erreichen. Insgesamt absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Unterkunft im Grünen in der Nähe von Paris und Disneyland

Für uns war die Ferienwohnung ideal. Wir konnten im nahen Einkaufszentrum gut und preiswert einkaufen. In der Früh haben wir uns frische Croissants holen. Der Weg führt durch einen kleinen Park. :) Die Vermieterin hat zeitnah auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Das Appartement ist hübsch möbliert, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank dafür.

Busanbindung zum Disneyland vor der Tür. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchte. Man fühlte sich einfach wohl nach einem anstrengenden Tag im Disneyland.

Sehr gute Lage - Ausstattung ausreichend

Eine super Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Jedoch sind einige Sachen kaputt oder in einem schlechten Zustand. Speziell die Duschtemperatur an kälteren Tage als auch die Wassermenge aus dem Duschkopf ist ungenügend. Im Regen wird man mehr nass als unter dieser Dusche. Zudem muss das Warmwasser extra im Sicherungskasten aktiviert werden. Einrichtung ist gut und es ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Auch hier sind einige Sachen veraltet oder kaputt (Beispiel: Kissen und Decke auf der Couch).

Für 2-3 Nächte ok, länger wäre es für uns nichts. 4 Tage gebucht. Sehr spärlich mit WC Papier und Küchentücher. Ab 23 Uhr gab es kein warm Wasser mehr zum Duschen. Man könnte mal Staub und Spinnenwebe nach längerer vermietung entfernen. Umgebung war nett.

Tolle Unterkunft, fußläufig vom Disneyland entfernt. Auch Paris lässt sich von hier aus gut erkunden, der RER fährt aller paar Minuten direkt ins Zentrum.

Trip to Disneyland and Paris

Our short trip to Disneyland and Paris was wonderful. The location of Ferienwohnung was perfect for us. Not too far for a short visit to Paris, and perfect to observe the night show at disneyland from balcony. We wished for a better communication with the owner and a better shower experience. But all in all a wonderful trip.

Fijn verblijf in rustige buurt

Keurige woning, goed verzorgd en afgewerkt. Tijdens ons verblijf werkte de WiFi niet, dit werd direct opgelost door de verhuurder. Het appartement is groot, goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn groot met hard matras, prima. Heerlijk balkon met uitzicht op Disneyland. Dit is ook direct een klein nadeel, aangezien alle parades en het vuurwerk hoorbaar zijn. Verder niet storend. Slapen met het raam open is niet aan te raden vanwege het geluid van de rondweg. Is echter vanwege de hitte wel noodzakelijk (oordopjes mee). Parkeren in de garage dient met enige vaardigheid te gebeuren, betonnen blokkendoos, niet erg geschikt voor grote auto met een forse draaicirkel. Zeer rustig gebouw, en kalme buurt. Supermarkt op loopafstand en ook diverse restaurants zijn goed te voet te bereiken.
